I recently bought my first home and needed to furnish the entire place. Numerous trips to various stores always had me returning to Ashley. From the first time I walked through the doors and was greeted by Jeremy I knew that I would be back time and again especially for the customer service. After much anticipation of my furniture delivery today I had a minor disappointment when it was too large to be delivered. Another visit to the store and within a short time Jeremy was able to accommodate my situation and I am walking away smiling. Many thanks to Jeremy, Jazz, and Rob on their great work and customer service.

I can not say enough wonderful things, about the fabulous experience that my husband and I had, at the Ashley Home Store! Jazz shared his amazing knowledge and expertise with us, while choosing our new mattress. I have never had a better sleep, than I am having right now, on our new Pure Energy Natural mattress! My husband used to wake up every morning with an aching back and numb hands, from years of being a mechanic. All of that is GONE! We came in with our list of complaints, and Jazz knew exactly what we needed! He also made certain that we had our new mattress and adjustable base, within 5 days from our purchase! The delivery men were probably the best, that I have ever had the pleasure of having in my home. They were courteous, efficient and incredibly careful. What more can you ask for? Rick was then able to get it in a few days. We have since also purchased a power recliner and love it. Their stain/damage guard guarantee/warranty enabled us to go with a beautiful cream colored couch and not compromise on style, even though we have a dog.

My experience was fantastic with her, we started looking 6 months ago for a new sofa and never once felt any pressure to purchase before we were ready. I was clear that quality mattered to me and Meagan was very helpful in directing me towards brands that met my standards and was also very upfront when I liked a sofa that only came in a unacceptable (to me) fabric option. At no point did I feel like sales tactics were being used on me, instead she offered a ton of assistance when I needed it. I would highly recommend working with Meagan and would gladly do so again. And our sofa came in far earlier than the estimate! So that was great too!

Recently purchased a lift bed and new mattress from Rick. I cannot Express enough thanks for him being knowledgeable and no high pressure sales, but just giving the facts and having quality products to choose from. It made shopping easy, the way it should be. With extremely hot weather, the cold bottles of water were over the top and much appreciated. I bought a couch at Asley furniture and after a few years the metal pieces under the cushions made holes in my cushion covers, what kind of a cheap couch is this and it wasn't cheap, I'm the only one sitting on it. I called Ashley and spoke to them, they couldn't care aless, couch was probably made from rotten material in the first place. And it continues to deteriate

We were looking for couches online and decided to go check out the store. Beautiful products. They seem to be made very well and the 5 year protection plan is unbelievable for the price; plus if you don’t use it in the five years you get a store credit?! I will probably forget about that by time five years rolls around but seems like a great perk. Our couches won’t be delivered until mid February so can’t comment on the product we receive just yet, but the service was amazing. Dealt with two stores and both were great. Jazz at the Courtenay store helped us greatly and Rena in the Penticton store gave us perfect service. I’m sure anyone at the stores will be up to the high standard we’ve come to know with Ashley’s. thanks for the beautiful couches and can’t wait to see them in our home!!

The service at Ashley super! It was full service and convenient. Once we had chosen our furniture they gave us a great price on a package deal. Each piece was good quality and beautiful. Within the week the furniture was delivered at no extra cost and completely set up (beds and frames) included in time for my dad to move into his new place. The service was fantastic, from helping us find the style that we wanted, to picking fabric, and all at a good deal. They were able to store our items for weeks until we were ready for delivery. Totally blown away by the rude service that I received recently. We were shown the higher end items, which is fine, but when we said that we weren't really looking for something that elaborate, we were told that perhaps we'd be more suited for shopping at somewhere like Canadian Tire. She showed us their kiosk so we could browse their warehouse inventory because they didn't usually carry low end products in stock. Turns out that they actually did carry items that suited our needs, but at that point we weren't interested in making a purchase there. Hopefully management reads this and realizes that there is a coaching opportunity for their staff. Just because you can afford the more expensive inventory items doesn't mean that you actually want them. Not everyone dreams of an entertainment stand with a fireplace in them, but no one wants to be treated like their not good enough or worth enough to shop somewhere.

Living on Vancouver Island, your choices of furniture stores is limited compared to the lower mainland where we previously lived. We bought a pair of couches but got cold feet once we got home. So the day after we called and canceled our order. Dealing with Sam was such a pleasure. No pressure at all, she gave us an excellent price.
