My experience at Pommier was wonderful. I sheepishly walked in wanting to get custom rings 3 weeks before my wedding. I didn’t think it was possible. Andre didn’t hesitate and promised me they would be done in time. Well, we ended up with beautiful rings - a custom yellow gold band to match my grandmothers’ (now my own) ring and a custom white gold ring with zebra wood inlay for my husband. They were finished just under the wire! I think we picked them up the day before our ceremony. I really enjoyed the little personal touches like the added small bottle of champagne to enjoy on our wedding night. I will be a forever customer!

Amazing staff with great knowledge and advice. Very fast and quality service. After being disappointed by a custom made ring by another jeweler, I had lost trust in custom made products. I was reassured that I would absolutely love the ring or they wouldn't call me to say it was ready. When I came in, I absolutely loved it! I was ecstatic. They treated me like a good friend and were genuinely happy when my engagement ring was made exactly like I imagined. The ring resizing was put on rush order so I would have my ring sooner as well. From beginning to end, the process was smooth, efficient and caring. I was even given a site to see the process of how my ring was made. I would 100% reccomend their services!

I inherited a wedding set that was over 70 years old and wanted it sized and the setting on the engagement ring change. I brought it to another store first and I was quoted $500 and the only thing that was going to be kept original was the diamond. I brought it to pommier's and they quoted me $200 and i was able to keep everything else original! They did the work and the ring turned out excellent! It looked like a totally different ring. They did a spectacular job and i was charged exactly what i was quoted. The staff was wonderful and spent a lot of time showing me different options i could do for the setting, they gave great advice and were very helpful and friendly.

I went there to have the eye of my charm replaced they did but the loop they put on was to small and i could not put it back on my chain. brought it back instead of replacing the loop with a larger one they took my chain apart to put the charm on. On the way home my chain came apart lucky i did not loose my charm. Went back again and ask why they would break a chain instead of replacing the loop they said they would sadder my chain for free, i said this would only weekend my chain and they told me a box chain is a week chain any way. Personalty i will never go back to this so called jewelry store again and nor should any one else.
