I hired Daniela for a color consultation and to stage our property. She is a very professional and customer-oriented real estate stager; she goes beyond what is expected of her. This is critical especially that we were selling our property in Ottawa from out of town. Because of Daniela and Scott’s help, we were able to prepare our property for sale without setting foot in Ottawa, and, not meeting them in person. We communicated mainly by email. Daniela and Scott took care of issues, big or small, even those outside of staging. For example, she recommended that we remove a very old structure from the backyard, do some maintenance outside the property like the window wells, etc. She managed all of this, and hired the related services as required. Daniela always asked for my approval and provided me with a quote before things were actioned. Daniela worked very well with our realtor and other trades people, from painters, electricians, cleaners, etc. She also checked the quality of their work. I hired Daniela about a year before the property would be sold so she had to visit the property several times. My tenant informed me how nice Daniela is as a person and that she really liked her. Because of the good relationship that Daniela had with our tenant, it was much easier for her and Scott to access the property if required. Daniela also checked out our tenant for us, checking the property for damage, and our tenant turned over the keys to Daniela. She and Scott ensured that the property was clean and clear of stuff, so that trades can start the necessary repairs to prepare the property for staging. Daniela updated me regularly and responded to my emails in a very timely manner. The staging was completed and we were blown away: our house looks amazing. We highly recommend Daniela for design, colour consultation, staging and related services.

Working with Daniela was such a great experience. My fiancé and I wanted to repaint the whole condo and give it a Scandinavian/minimalist look. Finding the right white paint for each room (depending on the daylight) and making sure it fits with existing furniture/custom built-ins was challenging. Daniela really made sure to understand my style and vision. She was beyond patient with me. When I questioned a color, or decision, she was able to explain her choices while being opened to alternatives. In addition to the paint colors, Daniela also validated the backsplash tile I had in mind for my kitchen. She recommended an experienced tiler who did a tremendous job. The day the tiles were installed, I had second thoughts about the color of the grout. I emailed Daniela, who responded instantly to reassure me. She even contacted the tiler to bring grout samples to make sure I saw other color options in case I changed my mind. Through the whole process, I emailed Daniela many times. She always responded quickly, addressed all my concerns and was reassuring. We are really happy with the final result. Everything came together so well. I can't recommend Daniela enough - definitely request one of her designs!
