Just Me

I would have never given this place a 1 but after my last experience, this is warranted. The last ring I bought there is the last one. The stone keeps falling out, last time it was at my cost, didn't even have the ring a year and 3 stones have already fallen out. I was moving and yet was told it would be shipped to were I now live and guess what it wasn't. So I'm 4 plus hours away and they still have my ring, will not ship unless I pay for it upfront. It's been over 6 months. No one has called me back when they said they would. Cathy the owner was always great to us we've bought all of our jewelry there, but we will not be anymore and hoping that at some point I can get my ring.

We dealt with the manager, Lise Gordon. She was amazing!! Our total purchase was under $25 but she gave us the exact same exceptional service that she would give someone spending $5000.00 Only place I will shop from now on. Great deals as well.

If it were possible I’d give 0 stars, absoutley terrible customer service. I went in to get my ring cleaned and I was waiting in line and just because I wasn’t purchasing anything they started helping the guy who came in after me... and then put his things threw the cash while I was standing at the cash the whole time... then I asked a lady if they sold real diamond earrings for infants or that would work for infants... and she told me no that baby’s can’t wear real diamonds because they will fall out. I went to the charm store in Ottawa and bought a 500$ pair of earrings for my baby that fit great... the staff In Cornwall are very unintelligent. I went to the charm in Bayshore mall they were extremely kind and helpful.

Very friendly but they scratched my watch which was brand new to try to put a battery in. I took it elsewhere to have the battery replaced.
