They have a beautiful showroom that has loads of sample products to look at! If they didn't have a product in person they showed it online and they could tell me everything I needed to know about it such as dimensions or pricing. Everyone working was so kind and attentive to all the questions I had. Great interior design and home decor shop to visit if you're ever in Newport!

Love this shop and the Pure Salt aesthetic! The shop has a wonderful selection of unique finds, and stunning home decor items. It's a great place to find items to refresh your space from pillows, coffee table books, Turkish towels, rugs, to custom furniture. The staff was also very friendly and helpful! If your in the area you must visit, or plan a day trip to go shop!

Cassidy, the manager’s idea of customer service is grotesque. Refused to refund money even though I returned item within their policy window. Tried to punish me because I didn’t email them first to ask if I could return it. Bizarre. They were so rude I felt truly abused by her attitude. Do not support this company as they don’t care about their customers, period. Responding to your response below: that’s actually quite funny. You did NOT refund my order, I had to contact chase bank and dispute the charge with them. After they investigated and agreed that I was owed back my money, I finally received a refund which I believe was through them (not from you directly). And your team would take forever to respond and as I said before Cassidy was extremely rude and withheld the refund as a punitive response to my not emailing to ask if I can return the items (which were eligible for return). Anyway, your response is quite a load of BS. Having to get my refund back from the credit card company was not ideal.

Very disappointing business. 3 weeks after a large $ order absolutely no update or answer to our inquiries. They don't pick up their phone and voicemail is not even activated. No problem to post on Instagram daily but when it comes to take care of existing paying client the dedication is not there. We still hope that they will finally do the right thing but only if they understand what communication truly means.

My client and I have been basically begging them for information on their products for months. When we received no response, we actually drove two hours to their store to try to get answers to our questions. Asked for detail on many of their products and it has been over two weeks with zero response, despite follow up phone calls and emails. We actually knew more about their products than the girl helping us. So bad that we will never attempt to source from them ever again. No one should have to work this hard to find information, let alone beg to make a purchase.
