Terrible customer service. Empty store and they weren't interested in taking 10 minutes to help me determine measurements for a piece of glass I need for a railing. Let me walk out upset and they couldn't care less. Highly, recommend you go elsewhere, I certainly will.

Good company with lots of mirrors, I just noticed that they give pick up mirrors without any protection materials at the edges, in order to prevent it from damage.

I've been dealing with Mirror Interiors for many years now and can say never once had a hiccup or set back. Products are great, service is great and staff the greatest to deal with. When ordering sliders or shower glass enclosures I call no one else. They also have a vast variety of products to choose from and many homeowners I deal with only want me to call them for their products and speed of service. I did however had 1 client who tried to blame them for bad workmanship and timing of installation but I came to their defence because this 1 particular client was being difficult and kept changing his mind and adding more demands rather that stick to the contract. Glad to say I kicked that client to the curb and maintained my relationship with Mirror Interiors who did all they could to accommodate him and his wife. Laura and Ron are the absolute best and their front desk is second to none. Cheers for many years of great service.

Our glass shower had come apart and Mirror Interiors came to the rescue. It had been installed without a metal channel holding the glass and overtime the silicone had let go! They came out within 2 days last minute to fix before anyone could get hurt and the shower is good as new! Thank you MI!!

You get what you pay for! Dan and the team at Mirror Interiors exceeded my expectations. Communication is everything to me. They called ahead to confirm the measuring, and arrived at the designated time. They guys who came were polite, and got right to the task....clean and prompt. Set up install time and date, again Bang On! And the install and fit were perfect. Highly recommend this company. I am pleased.

My business has dealt with this company for about twenty years. While the product has maintained its quality the repair and installation process has slipped in quality. Our last repair left us picking up glass shards left in a trail through our facility. The follow up when issues arise is completely lacking.

Very poor experience , though it says open, its. Never oprn and the small paper on the wall says that ther are open alternating Saturday but how am I supposed to know Came 3 time , 30 km drive

Very quick response time from request, they were professional and courteous when they came out to measure and then a couple weeks later to install (ie. took shoes off in house without being asked, polite, on time). We had a wall mirror installed in the basement for our home gym (about 5' x 10'). Looks amazing and the price was very reasonable. We will be having them do a full wall mirror in our master bathroom as well. Would highly recommend.

Stay away from Mirror Interiors. Read the google reviews and judge for yourself. Some reviews are obviously planted (5 stars), others are genuine. MI installed a sliding shower door 3.5-4 years ago, that always was very difficult to open/close. They came back 4 times to adjust it and never got it working properly. Lately glass shards flew off the bottom of the door. I called MI to give them the opportunity to come out one last time before we went with a professional. I was told that they had no record of our installation (checked our contractor's name also; if MI responds, they will say that they have no record of us), the warranty period was over, and it would cost at least $300 to come out just to take a look (that would be throwing good money after bad). We called a professional who came out immediately, assessed the situation, and replaced all of the glass including a swing door, for a very reasonable price; money well spent! The MI door handle was way too high and top hardware was installed completely wrong, so it was next to impossible to open and close the sliding door, and eventually, the stress on the door caused breakage / glass shards. Stay away!

I had a mirror wall installed in my basement home gym. I worked with Sales Representative Isabelle, she was very helpful and quickly provided us with a quote. The installers came to measure and returned a few weeks afterwards to install. Everyone was very professional and the mirrors look great.
