Design excellence from start to finish! From the moment I met my designer Krista Hind (Mississauga Ethan Allen), I knew we would make beautiful rooms together! She asked all the right questions and used her incredible talent and creativity to capture the vision I had for our kitchen, great room and recreation room. It was a tricky project because she was incorporating new Ethan Allen items with my current decor and furnishings. She did such an amazing job my husband and I were inspired to redecorate our master bedroom and my home office! The challenge was that I had no idea what I wanted for either space. Krista was working with a clean slate literally and figuratively! I am thrilled to report that her design concepts were fresh, inviting, and fit our lifestyle and decor preferences perfectly. She solved all the pet peeves I had about our current spaces and saved me from making bad choices I would have made if left to my own devices. I am so grateful for Krista’s time, patience, expertise, and enthusiasm. Did I mention that all these design services cost me absolutely nothing? Even when Krista came to my home! I had an excellent experience with the service I got from Kay and Michele, two great ladies working at Ethan Allen Richmond , BC. I have been more impressed when I received my furniture which is delivered just on time as we agreed in a perfect condition with no damage, just what I exactly ordered. We have been using them ( 2 sofas, a chair, a dining table and 8 dining chairs, and a king size bed with 2 nightstands) for 3 months now and absolutely love them. i wanted to share my experience of my first time purchase from Ethan Allen store in Mississauga, my family has just moved to Oakville from Montreal and we were looking for a couple of twin beds for my daughters. I stopped at the store not knowing anything about Ethan Allen, i was greeted by Jinal Jain (my sales person) at first sight and she took her time explaining to me the history and value add Ethan Allen brings to its clients. We then proceeded to look at different models and since i was not sure, Jinal offered to come to my house and we both took measurements and looked at different color combinations which will look the best. I decided to make the purchase the same week. The delivery and installation went without any hiccups and the 2 gentlemen were extremely professional and friendly. Jinal made one final followup to see if the whole process was smooth. In summary, i have bought lots of furniture and dealt with many high end stores and reps, i can say that Jinal's expert knowledge and the overall experience we had with this purchase has made me a big fan of the organization and a customer for life.

Dian was a pleasure to work with. She learned what are style was and helped us design our house. Picking fabric and furniture could seem like such a daunting task but Dian made it simple. At the time rwe purchased our furniture our house was not built yet. All she needed was the room dimensions and she showed us exactly how the furniture would fit. When the furniture arrived the movers were able to maneuver it inside our house and up a very narrowrow staircase. All the furniture arrive exactly how it was describe and with no damage. This is a high end US furniture store, carry just its own brand. They have interior designers help you to pick up fabrics for your sofa and chairs. Then they'll place the order to their factory in the State, so it'll take 4 yo 6 weeks to deliver. I've purchased bedroom furniture few years ago, this time I've bought a coffee table. I'm totally satisfied with their quality of their products.

A real pleasure to deal with, and highly recommended. When you order from Ethan Allen, make sure the product is reviewed before taking home. Ive been waiting to write this review for a little while now because I wanted to do this place justice. We essentially furnished our entire home from Ethan Allen. From accent pieces to wall art to the essentials. The minute we walked into the store we were greeted by the lovely receptionist and shortly after by our designer Krista. Im not exaggerating when I say Krista went above and beyond to make us happy. She walked us through the entire process and showed us some possible designs, she even came out to our place to personally measure all the spaces to make sure everything would fit perfectly. She then asked about our style and within 2 days she had a whole presentation ready! We honestly loved every single piece she picked out. This whole process occurred during COVID 19 which made things a little more difficult for store but even through that Krista would keep us updated and managed to get everything delivered within a timely manner. Which was surprising as we had ordered some couches from another major furniture store and they just stop replying to all my emails wouldn't give me any details of my order, and would just give the basic "we don't know because of what's going on" which is understandable, but when I got the service I did from Ethan Allen it made me wish I had gotten those extra couches from there as well. After delivery, Krista again came to our home and made sure everything was put perfectly and there were no problems. We will definitely be making Ethan Allen our go-to furniture store.

Bad Bad Customer service. Never buy it again. I purchased the order in Feb, 2021. Untitl now I don't recevie any furniture. When the order is done, sales never follow up it. When my sales representative Vita called me, she answered the call in the half way. Then she ran away and past the phone to her assistance. What kind of service provide to customer?? It doesn't help the customer to solve the problems. Ethan Allen only provides lots of excuses regarding the orders. This company is not a honest and reliable.

My past furniture purchases have been from department stores where you rarely get to deal with the same salesperson throughout your purchase. I appreciated having one point-of-contact and the one-on-one, unhurried assistance from our salesman, Stephen H. The delivery service was also spot-on. Sofa arrived, approximately 5 weeks after purchase (as promised), within a 4 hour delivery window. Delivery fellas called me 30 minutes in advance and efficiently brought the sofa in and set it up. This was my first foray into a getting a higher quality (aka more expensive) sofa. I’m glad I did. Money well spent.

Walmart Greeters have more warmth than the front desk reception at Ethan Allen.

During my first visit I had no intention of selecting anything but I found a piece that I loved. Even then I really didn't know where to begin to put a room together. Nour stepped right in. She is professional, efficient and so talented. She was quick to develop a sense of what I liked and was able to guide me through the design and selection process with ease. Nour and I worked together. I provided measurements for my room which Nour later confirmed through a personal visit to my home. She created a couple of potential floorplans for my review. Once I selected the one I preferred we started fine tuning the furniture selections. I was able to select custom colours and finishes to make the pieces uniquely mine. Nour's understanding of my preferences along with her skills at interior design made the entire process easy and exciting. Once all selections were made Nour put together a presentation where swatches and samples were all laid out together to give me a great overall view of what I was purchasing. She went through my order reviewing each item individually. This is another valuable part of the process with Ethan Allen. The delivery was exceptional. I live in a condo. The deliverymen were professional, friendly, efficient and skilled. There was something about one of the pieces I received that I didn't quite like - a minor flaw. Nour / Ethan Allen had an expert come out to review my concern and the item was replaced. HIghest recommendations from me for Nour and her team.

This is what we have got from Ethan Alan at Feb 3.This the second time delivery of this couch. First time at Jan when it was deliveried, one of the leg was broken. After one month waiting for the fixing, i.e. replacing the frame, I cannot believe my eyes. There are hundred of staples on the dust cloth! We cannot accept such a sofa with twice terrible repairs, nearly one hundred staples put in and pulled out. What we paid for is a brand new sofa, not a repaired one scarred by such terrible operations. We have already tolerated one and a half month delay for replacing the frame, and tolerate the fixing on the single chair’s leg. But this time we cannot endure any more! We demand a new couch, instead of the third repair, for which we paid more than 5000 CAD. While their district manager relplied that is not a quality issue! That is just a aesthetic concern! They will just send another technician to reinstall the staples! No, that's not just the aesthetic concern absolutely, that's the concern of the workmanship and the quality concern. I just want the same craft as it should be, just as the other sofa and coach in your store. I don't want handreds of unnecessay staples left on my sofa wood frame. And don't want the wood frame with handreds of staples holes. No any other furniture provider will deal product like that. What I want is only the same sofa as the others you has delivered to the other customers, the same one as in your store!

August 5th we met Ekta Tanwar a Design Consultant for Ethan Allen and we are so happy we did. We were looking for a coffee table that could fit two rooms; a family room, and a living room. Ekta immediately found what we were looking for. We did bring pictures of the two rooms and it was so easy and such a pleasant experience. I also found a beautiful pillow with "Je t'aime" written on it, and it is already on our living room sofa and looks lovely. Ekta asked lots of questions, what rug we had size and colors, we showed her pictures. We looked at the balance of the room and what she chose for us was perfect. She had another coffee table also that I loved very much and who knows may go back for it. Right now we are more than satisfied. Ekta truly cared and took the time to make sure our choice of coffee table would be something we would really treasure. So, now instead of running around to all sorts of furniture stores, we are just heading to Ethan Allen and to Ekta Tanwar Design Consultant! I highly recommend Ekta, she is an absolute joy to work with and knows her design and decorating excellently. Thank you so very much Ekta., we will be back!

It's a terrible experience to buy things from this store. At first sales said the furniture is quick ship, expect delivery in 4 ~ 6 weeks. But after we wait 4 ~6 weeks call the Ethan Allen, it said need around 12 weeks, it's not a quick delivery. Okay, we wait 12 weeks. Then still not receive anything. Call Ethan Allen again, tell us another 2 weeks delay. Then after 2 weeks call Ethan Allen again, said need another 2 weeks... it's a long story delay again and again, till now I don't know when can receive the furniture. So if you don't care about when can get your new furniture after you pay the money, you can buy it from Ethan Allen.
