Very nice store. Patient, helpful staff. Wasn’t sure what kind of couch we wanted, and the salesperson took the time to talk us thru the options. Free parking which is sweet. Very pleased with the whole experience. My wife was like “oh my god cute I love this” like a hundred times.

I love this store and the family that runs it. They are extremely knowledgeable and I appreciate the fact that they have a high sense of urgency to get your furniture to you when and how you need it delivered. They have an amazing selection of contemporary furniture and art at very reasonable prices. I have bought multiple pieces from them and will continue to do so. I am also really happy that they are supporting the Strathcona Community!

Merchandise looks great from the windows. I’ve been to their north shore store multiple times and they’ve been super helpful...never been to the Hastings store because it’s always closed at times you would expect a furniture store to be open!

Country furniture has some unusual pieces at relatively high prices; the reason for minus 1 star. I bought a couple of custom made sofas which arrived a few months later after being manufactured to order locally. The sofas are great and the delivery guys really cared about delivering them to the correct room without a scratch.

Over the years we have purchased a number of pieces from CF Interiors, including a gorgeous custom dining table and bench set. We have always been blown away by the outstanding and personalized service offered by everyone at CF. We truly could not ask for more. All of our most favourite pieces in our home come from CF. The quality is second to none. We call them our "forever pieces".

Actually just signed in to give a review for Cf Interiors and had quite a chuckle in regards to some of the negative reviews I read. Almost to the point of considering not writing a review due to the fact that some posted are so ridiculous, that there is no credibility to these reviews. Honestly, I have dealt with CF Interiors (formally Country Furniture) for over 15 years , and have had nothing but positive experiences in dealing with purchasing and any kind of warranty issues. It is a family run business, and knowing that, makes me feel comfortable and safe in purchasing. I can say, my family has purchased our last 3 sofas from CF and We have never been disappointed, price-quality-Warranty. Adding to the point, we have established quite a great working and personal relationship with the Andrew family, all starting from furniture. I have no issues promoting. I have recommended CF to several friends and clients over the years and have never heard of any complaints. Take that google reviews.... Truly, Kenny Gemmill. Some beautiful couches, but pricy. The yuppie 35 year old Club Monico lookin dude (with slick back hair) is a dick. He couldn't care about anything less than casually reorganizing his fabric book. He treated me like I didn't exist.. and I was the only person in the room with him (lol). There was however one nice lady upstairs (with slighty reddish hair), who actually acknowledged me after being their for 20 minutes. But Club Monico dude ruined it for me. Won't come back.

Ordered a chandelier back in November, waited for the order to come in till February - of course it was the wrong color. Got my deposit back and went home crying. To my surprise the owner called me the next day, offered to get me the right color chandelier in less than a week - arrived in 6 days. Happy ending!

Worked with Allison, the owner-manager, who was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. She gave us plenty of suggestions and really was attentive to us as we worked through a number of our decisions, always providing links to fresh designs, interesting styles, and various price points. She also gave us the backstory on many of the suppliers and manufacturers. In any case, a very good experience. I would highly recommend.

This store used to be an icon when their dad, John owned it. Shopped there many times for several houses I built and designed. Too bad this daughter (owner : Allison) discriminated against my medical disability a several years ago. Her brother was ready to hire me at the first interview. Apparently she vetoed that and has the last word on approval. I simply asked if it was a problem that I have a break at times in the day to eat something due to my medical condition. After that they never called back. Hmmmm? Never in my sales career as a designer, sales rep, account manager/executive have I ever been discriminated against. No problem, best to find these things out right from the start. Not good as an employee, then guess not as a customer anymore either. It was fate perhaps, as landed a better position a week later and am still with the same company and no slow down or layoffs during COVID.

Shopped here for years! Staff are always very knowledgeable and helpful. They greet you when you walk in, let you shop around without being in your face and ask if you need help after an appropriate amount of time. They have all been trained well on customer service, and seem to all really enjoy their work. Bev at the North Van location is always a great help and has great taste. The new Hastings location has a great layout and helpful staff. The owners Allison, Mike and Brock are all so kind and will go above and beyond to source anything a client needs. They ensure all their products are great quality so you can shop here and not worry about quality like you would at most other furniture stores. I highly recommend!

My husband and I visited the store today. 3 sales people were behind the counter, not one acknowledged us. We sat on the Paris Bed, opened the storage and sat on the bed....still no one came to help us. We walked downstairs and were greeted by a nice guy. Not sure why these 3 women could not take a moment to ask if we needed help. Took the bed brochure and left. Obviously they did not need or want our business. Very disappointing!!!

CF Interiors is a great shop! I’ve purchased a few Salari rugs here recently. Great customer service. They went above and beyond to get my rug to me ASAP when I was furnishing my nursery last minute.
