Owen Flooring has done nearly every floor in our entire house and tiled a bathroom for us. The employees were always courteous, friendly and professional. The owner himself even assisted in helping us at the store. There was an issue with one of the tiles cracking on the floor and they sent someone the very next day to fix the issue, no questions asked. Also the house looks incredible now!

I have been exclusively using Owen Flooring for a few years now, to be honest I'm not sure what first brought me into the store back then but man am I glad that I did. It was so refreshing to be in a place of business where the owner/ salesman didn't really care to try to sell me anything. He just was excited to offer me a doughnut from a local bakery and show me all the cool product that he caries that no one else in town does. Years later here we are, they have just done a very nice and welcomed addition to their show room. Building is absolutely beautiful now and now has ample space for all the very well organized and frequently updated samples. This is more than a flooring store, as they are continually trying to find better ways to aid their clients in satisfying their design dreams, they are now the areas only Farrow & Ball paint and wallpaper dealer. What a match made in heaven, if you want the best product on your floor why wouldn't you want the best for your walls too. Having recently done a large renovation to my home I can say that Owen Flooring was a joy to work with start to finish, their whole team is fantastic. Very thankful for how accommodating they were with changing timelines, as well as their eye for detail. In conclusion save yourself the effort of shopping around for your next reno project, Owen will not be the cheapest but I guarantee that your experience and finished result will be the best.

From selection of product, to initial quotes and through to final installation, Owen Flooring is top notch. Our Project Manager was always available to discuss questions or concerns. He was onsite several times to ensure quality and satisfaction. The installers arrived on time every day and were very polite and professional. We started out having hardwood installed in our family room and then decided to also have them do plank flooring in our basement. We are very happy with the results.
