I rarely take the time to post negative reviews, but I believe and hope that this organization will take action on what I define to be an horrible experience. Arrived in store and spoke with the salesman in place named "Andre". Immediately you could tell my presence was bothering him and didn't want to take the time to answer my questions ( wether it was because of a bad day or something else ). As this was my first experience shopping for flooring I had a lot of questions, each of them was met with an obvious annoyed attitude. I literally had to guide the conversation for him to answer all my questions instead of telling me how the process works. So I left as I felt this was going nowhere, called the next day to talk with said salesman, the receptionist was also seemingly annoyed at answering the call. Long story short, this place makes you feel like they don't care about doing business with you, I'd strongly suggest going somewhere else ( it's what I ended up doing ) Hope this review helps them understand and grow better, but I won't hold my breath on it.

Felt akward, designer seemed upset we didn't use his ideas. Seemed like they were downselling us to cheaper products since we already had a new home budget. Not terribly English-friendly.

(Translated) I didn't get good service. Salesperson Andre is really not good with customer service. Avoid this seller. He wanted to charge me $ 100 to move couches when I could do it myself. I asked him to remove this charge. The installation had to be done in one day, the dimensions were not good, they retreated 4 days later, the installer finally did not come to my house as expected in the afternoon, no call to advise so it was postponed 2 more days to finish the job. Worse, I don't know if it's going to be done. My floor is half done so far. Very disappointed with the service I got from this place in addition I have no experience laying floors and I am the first buyer and I told the seller that I did not know how it works. He just said to me: choose your floor, then come see me after. He made the deal and that's it. He didn't tell me if the installer had to remove the old floors so when he arrived he looked frustrated because the seller called me to tell me: Madam the old floor was not removed? I said no I didn't know I had to mention that I thought it was automatic if you install you uninstall too? He says well no it must be said. I know you me I said that I did not know that! In short, this is my experience with this store. (Original) J'ai pas eu bon service. Le vendeur Andre n'est vraiment pas bon avec le service à la clientèle. Eviter ce vendeur. Il a voulu me charger 100$ pour déplacer des divans quand je pouvait le faire moi-meme. Je lui ai demandé de retirer ce frais. L'installation devait être fait en une journée, les dimensions n'étaient pas bonne, ils ont receduler 4 jours après, l'installateur n'est finalement pas venue chez moi comme supposé en après-midi, pas d'appel pour aviser donc ça été repoussé 2 jours de plus pour finir la job. Pis je ne sais pas si ça va être fait. Mon plancher est à moitié fait jusqu'à maintenant. Très déçu du service que j'ai eu de cette place en plus je n'ai aucune expérience poser du plancher et je suis première acheteur et j'ai dit ça au vendeur que je ne connaissais rien comment ça marche. Il m'a juste dit: choisit ton plancher, puis viens me voir après. Il a passé la transaction et c'est tout. Il m'a pas dit si l'installateur devait retirer les anciens plancher donc quand il est arrivé il avait l'air frustré car le vendeur m'a téléphoné pour me dire: madame l'ancien plancher n'a pas été retiré? J'ai dit non je ne savais pas qu'il fallait que je mentionne ça je croyais que c'était automatique si tu installe tu désinstalle aussi? Il dit bein non il faut le dire. Je le sais tu moi j'ai dit que je ne connaissais pas ça! En fin bref, voilà mon expérience avec ce magasin.

Went on Friday late afternoon to get some exterior carpet, was told they could not cut it at that time since the employee who does this is out for a delivery. They told me to come back the next morning. When I showed up the next day, the gentleman who takes care of decor goes to the back of the store after initially saying they didn't have any, and comes back saying they can't help me, although I could see other employees in the back. We left and went to Lanctot in St Isidore.There the service was impeccable with a smile and cheaper. GO TO LANCTOT !!!!

On the other hand we went this morning to buy a cover for our laundry room but the representative really didn't seem interested in serve us. So we went to Tapis Lanctot where we had very good service and we bought our floor. (Original) J'aurais normalement donné un 5 étoiles car la majorité de nos planchers ont été recouvert par tapis Blanchette. Par contre nous sommes allés ce matin pour acheter un recouvrement pour notre salle de lavage mais le représentant ne semblait vraiment pas intéressé à nous servir. Nous sommes donc allé chez tapis Lanctot ou on a eu un très bon service et nous avons acheté notre plancher.
