Hostile working environment. The finance director lacks basic human skills like compassion and respect to other humans. Dishonesty and disrespect used commonly by the management to solve disputes, and if it doesn't help you just offerd to take your right to resign. Extremely greedy regarding remuneration. Very poorly maintained working environment, no ventilation, no humidity control, poor air quality, chemicals are excreted into the air and workers are asked to work in this local. If your psychological and physical health is important to you, stay away.
