I am not one to write nasty, unnecessary reviews online, but, I'm at my wit's end. I have tried to remain calm and composed in my dealings with this local business. Strike 1: They laid the completely wrong flooring in my laundry room. Something I didn't even choose! I had gone in and picked a sample with one of the guys that work there. He told our contractor that that was what I chose. NO! Strike 2: Suprise! A bill arrives more than 90 days after the (near, I'll get to this in a sec) completion of a big renovation job. This was after I was lead to believe we'd paid for it. Ok- stuff happens. Bill paid promptly despite the fact that the job has remained UNFINISHED for MONTHS. Contacted the same guy who screwed up before and sternly asked that job be completed. Was assured that this would happen in the next week. STRIKE 3: 3 weeks later- the job is not complete- despite being 100% PAID FOR. Run, don't walk away from this place!!!

I got my laminate flooring and also some sheet vinyl from here. I got great deals on both and the quality is very nice. The owner and the staff went over and above to give us so much advice on how to lay the flooring, lent us the tools to do it, and threw in an entrance mat too! Then, I got one of their guys in the stretch the carpet upstairs and they were so quick& did a great job- again at an amazing price. I would highly recommend the Flooring Canada in Campbell River; they made the flooring part of my renovation so easy and stress free. And it looks beautiful!!
