Not going to lie management with trades people is very hard, every party on all sides are doing their best to respect schedules but it isn't always smooth. We had a lot of frustrating moments schedule-wise and there were many unpredictable issues. Nonetheless after having my floors cracked due to a sub-contractor's mistake, we had to redo the entire flooring, this was of course assumed by the managers with no cost. I can however vouch that the floors and bathroom works are now impeccable, they even allowed us to choose new tiles for all the trouble our home went through. They also sent us a cleaning lady to help clean the dirt which was appreciated. Overalls all is well now. Thank you.

Very disappointed in this company. Told me it would be 2 weeks to complete the project in June. After 3 months of at least 4 missed appointments, drunk (yes one smelled of booze) or unprofessional subcontractors they finally came in and finished 2/3s of the job. The work they did looked great but project was unfinished. After another 2 months without hearing from them I tried to get the project completed. They continued to delay and missed another appointment. I bought the materials off of them and hired someone else to finish. They were not understanding or sympathetic to my frustrations with their delays and although not a big project they didn’t seem to really care. Will be choosing someone else for the next job and I’d advise anyone else do the same.

Good: The final product looks really nice. The second contractor sent to work on the kitchen was excellent and really knew what he was doing. Everyone working on the project was very nice. When problems did arise (quite a lot of them) they tried their best to find a solution that was time and cost effective. The ceramic floor is amazing! The second back splash installer is the best person who came to work on our kitchen and the back splash is the best looking part of the project. Bad: Super disorganized from start to finish. The project manager was very confused and needed a lot of reminders to get things done. We ended up being the project managers for our own project. The first contractors had a few no shows and created some problems that needed to be corrected by the second contractor. It was made clear to us that office management and project manager had been told that those guys should not be working on our kitchen and they did nothing to correct that until we stepped in to ask that they not work on the kitchen any longer. Bottom line: We hired a company to do our kitchen Reno so that it would be an easy process for us since we are not DIY people. However, we had to become very involved and supervise everything that was happening. For example: the cabinets were measured incorrectly and we were the ones that found the mistake, not the workers. We spent 2 hours one night measuring the whole kitchen space in order to correct the cabinets being the wrong size so that they could be ordered in the correct size. Had we not been available all the time, it’s possible the project would still be on going. We were told that it would be completed in one month, it took three months. Mainly due to cabinets being mesaused incorrectly and having to re-order. One major issue which is actually a legal one: they did not want to have a professional gas technician hook up the gas stove when completed. This is against the law. The gas technician told the project manager that and he still was unsure if the tech had to come hook up the stove. That means that there is huge huge liability placed upon Graham’s for hooking up a stove if anything should happen.

We purchased roller shades from Graham's & Son. Measurements were done in home, very professional and knowledgable on product offerings. Prices were comparable, we had shopped around. Blinds were delivered directly to our home and were very easy to install.

A portion of the installed laminate flooring broke underneath within one month of installation, and they say it's because of the instability of the under-floor so they don't need to fix it. All well and good, but that should have been noticed and fixed before floor installation. The owner came by and was able to fix a problem with a noisy spot, which is nice for my Dad, as his bedroom is under that area. Still a bit confused about this 'lifetime warranty' business, though. I came away from our interactions feeling a bit disappointed.

A couple of months ago I got a quote for California shutters from the older man who works for this company. He was so utterly unprofessional and condescending it was appalling. He was there to measure windows for shutters but instead he went into several of the rooms in my house and took photos of the cabinetry and flooring, countertops and fixtures to copy for his “home Reno” business. Absolutely disgusting. Thinking back now, I should have just told him to leave my house at that point. Hindsight is 20/20. I would never purchase anything from this company.

The condo board picked this company so unfortunately I had no choice in picking a contractor. these guys are sloppy, rude and lazy. There were 5 no shows after specifically scheduling date to do the work. They ended up sending a sub contractor in to do the work. After the work was complete there were issues with it. the owners didnt pay so they started sending legal action against the tenants renting the apartment, sending text messages and legal mail. Sending this to the renting tenants was completely inappropriate. Overall the experience with them was not good. If I was the owner I would have fired them after the second no show.
