Our experience working with David, Patricia and their extended "family" of select vendors was, in a word, transcendent. :) David and Patricia's design choices literally worked MAGIC in our house. We are in awe of how our home looked, felt and functioned once they were done with us. We cannot recommend David and Team enough. If you are wondering whether to make the call to David... just do it!! When we called in the busy spring of 2020, David was the first (and most interested) of all the vendors we contacted to call us back. David and Patricia took the time to visit with our family and get to know us. As we moved forward with them, they made design choices with our young family in mind (1.5 & 5 years old). They also demonstrated a tremendous respect for our modest budget and home. And I have to tell you, they're both funny and professional as heck! :) We greatly appreciated having someone make design suggestions for us. In our case, literally everything they proposed, we LOVED. We trusted David and Patricia's selections 100%. I don't doubt they can work very flexibility with clients who have more of an opinion. Certainly, they were thoughtful in soliciting our buy-in, despite knowing we were most likely going to accept their suggestions!! When it came time for the actual work to occur, I am so grateful that David and Patricia were managing the project, and not us, ha ha. It was wonderful having someone put all of the pieces together on our behalf. All of the extended vendors treated our home and the project with the utmost respect. As a Team, David, Patricia, Lion's Gate, Chervin and others consistently went above and beyond for us and the project. Their work speaks for itself. Tremendous value was added to our home... and beauty... and functionality! David's communication around budget and timelines was clear. Nothing was left to chance. Our reno included a full kitchen redo; the full update of two bathrooms and one partial bathroom as well as majority of flooring and painting of the entire house; updated trim and doors. Amazing. It's a completely reimagined and gorgeous home in line with our family's needs and personality. Thank-you, David, Patricia, Yure, Uncle Tony, and Marie and many talented others!
