We love the look of our new roof, and the vents made a big difference in keeping our house cool. We got a few quotes that were comparable, but I trusted that they would do a great job. This company came highly recommended by someone we know. They did an amazing job on theirs as well, fixing a problem created by another company that caused their house to leak. we are having the Hardie board to replace the old stucco, estimate 4-6 weeks, but took more than 3 months and still not done, they sent inexperienced installers to do the job, which didn't know what they are doing, the installers cannot even handle the job, and mistakes everywhere, they tried to sent many times to fix the mistakes, still not done it right, didn't silicone everywhere, missed lot of them, they keep sending inexperienced fixers to come fix their mistakes but they are not good enough to do the job. not recommend this company if you want good job done, they can't.

Our house was built back in 2001 so the roof naturally needed to be replaced. Several recent hail storms actually took out numerous shingle tiles so the need became more urgent. We reached out to West Quality Construction and they immediately responded to our request. Francois took the time to meet in person and even helped to identify issues with ventilation from the attic as a source of extra wear on the shingle tiles. He gave us three very reasonable quotes, which included replacing the aging and ineffective roof vent along with the shingle replacement. Once we agreed on the package, they came out and were able to promptly finish the job within a single day. The end result was excellent and we are very happy with it. Thank you for a job well done!

I 100% recommend West Quality Roofing & Exteriors. I hired this company to re-do the roof and fix the attic ventilation for one of my rentals. Actually, I didn’t know about the need to fix/improve the ventilation of my attic until Francois kindly, very patiently and thoroughly explained how this would avoid condensation, mold and other issues that would be more costly to repair in the future. Valerie was also very helpful in answering all my questions both about the payment process, timelines and technical information. Valerie and Francois are very professional, trustworthy and the work was completed on time. I will definitely continue to hire their services for my home and other rentals when the need arise. They also checked my other properties and they confirmed that I still have a few good years before I would need their services again.

Final product initially looked great, but the stain ended up peeling from our siding and they did not honor their 2 year workmanship warranty, claiming they "did the best we could". That's not how warranties work. Also found the company difficult to schedule the work, they didn't provide us with any updates, and had slow response times in general. Wouldn't recommend.

I had a full exterior project done by WQC a year ago - siding, windows & doors, eavestrough, and a layer of insulation. Overall I had a good experience and the job was well done and I have had many complements on the work. This year when I required some paint to complete the trim after installing a new garage door at a later date, Valerie provided at no additional cost. These small gestures go a long way.

We had some condensation in our attic after the February extreme cold weather, and Francois was able to come out within a couple of days to do an inspection. He discovered we were a bit short on ventilation and sent us a quote and a plan for fixing the problem right away. The crew from West Quality came out and installed a couple of new vents and we trust the problem will not come back next year!

There was a big hail storm in NE Calgary right before so roofers were very busy, West Quality looked after me and got the roof fixed up. They shared pictures of the problem and were very transparent. Even though it was a relatively small job by some standards we felt our project was handled with the attention and care of a big project. Francois gave us a quote the same day he came to look at what was needed and began the work as promised within a time frame that met a very tight deadline we were working toward.
