Although I came to the store through an advertisement - they are not a retail place. Don't expect prices on anything but furniture. If you find something you like they'll do a price check for you though. Also, don't expect to find great deals. There are a few peices priced down and I'm assuming they're trying to move those. Everything else is pretty much retail pricing with some MAYBE at sales prices. Like anything it totally depends on what you're looking for - if you're looking for staging I'm sure they'll do just fine. I came looking to buy and that was a bust.

We experienced the staging at Dezin to be good however the removal/ closeout actives turned into a comedy of errors. When our realtor viewed the home after staging was removed he strongly advised that we needed to fix the damage created by Dezin else it would put our sale jeopardy. Reluctantly we spent many hours repairing our home. In addition some of our furniture was removed by mistake and there were multiple billing errors. When I reported all the issues, our concerns were quickly brushed off and later ignored. Before the removal we would have recommended Dezin to our friends/ colleagues. Response to owner: Thank you Dawn for reviewing our concerns. Unfortunately none of the issues were resolved and we were left very dissatisfied customers. In the end we spent an 15+ hours fixing floors/walls and dealing with various mistakes. Additionally we were out ~$1000 due to poor communication.

Furniture provided was high end, very beautiful and catered to the demographic of the area. It made my condo look like a true show suite, which encouraged viewings. I felt much more confident in other staging companies that I had used in the past, and didn’t feel the need to go to my clients homes to “double-check” the staging quality.
