Hired myupgrade for new flooring, paint, and change to electrical. Overall, pleased with final product, however a lot of frustration in the process. We did invest many hours into overseeing the work despite paying for project manager services. The good: - project manager very friendly and always available by phone/text - overall pleased with final work - flooring product not what we had envisioned due to natural variance in wood. However, they worked with us to change some floorboards our with new ones to improve overall look - hired cleaner at end of project who worked tirelessly to clean and remove paint from new flooring The bad: - 3 soft deadlines and 1 guaranteed deadline were missed. Project manager not reasonably accountable for same. Rather, he stated work was complete, but deficient. - dishwasher re-installed incorrectly (according to plumber) causing small leak on new flooring. They did offer to compensate for plumber and new gable. - invoicing inaccurate, ie: gst charged twice, payments allocated to alternate invoices. Many emails back and forth to finally correct. Many workers on site were from HomeArt and would consider contacting them directly in future as pleased with the overall work at completion.
