I've had such a great experience with working Hannah from CHY Design. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. She knew what she was getting into when we asked her for help on a Vancouver special home. She was able to cross off almost all the wants on my list. Of course I had to settle on some things... As you can only do so much with space provided... But she offered alternative ideas that I was able to compromise with. She is so attentive to the last detail. I felt like she knew exactly what I wanted without having to tell her sometimes. I would definitely use her again in the future if I go thru another big project reno.

Opening a new bussines is not easy, since the moment I had my 1st meeting with Hannah she shows interest and passion in getting to know what was my bussines about. She simplified my life, obtaining the city permits taking over and speeding all the tedious process of documentions , phone calls and emails with the city. She worked in a steady and effective way, always updating about the process and willing to answer all my questions in a clear and knowledgeable manner. And as an agent quick, reliable, clear and excelent customer service. Working with Hannah was such a wonderful experience. I felt like I was working with a friend who happened to be an interior designer. She was open to listening to my opinions, creative and easy to communicate with. Renovating a home is stressful to say the least and Hannah made the design process much less stressful. There were many decisions to be made and it was great to have Hannah's creative ideas. I would recommend Hannah to anyone contemplating a renovation or needing help in picking colours and materials.
