As a Real Estate Broker I often need professional staging services when listing homes for sale. Not only is Staging2Sell represented by Gabby Diaz my top choice, it's my only choice! For example, prior to listing a detached home in Waterdown, I asked Gabby to advise my sellers on how to showcase their home to best advantage. She surveyed the property and came up with a superb action plan. With her team Gabby brought in accent pieces and furniture that highlighted the home's best features. That home sold in barely 10 days at a time when the market was winding down for the season. My sellers were totally satisfied with the sale and the price they achieved. One of the best decisions that we took in our house selling process was getting Gabbie to do the staging for the house. The style of the decor was very modern and chic and really elevated the look and appeal. Very professional to work with, Gabbie did an inspection and gave a quote with all the items and was willing to work within our budget by adjusting the list of items.
