You know that we don't usually bother to write tatings when these are positive and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or incidence...

Great selection, priced fairly.
Love the stove. I've been a customer for over 20years. Michele, Cindy and Elizabeth are very talented. Prices are reasonable.
I have been a customer of Elizabeth Interiors for many years I've decorate and furnished 2 homes with the help of Cindy and Liz . You won't find a more friendly staff and willingness to help you find that perfect piece . This is not the Brick/Leons . Elizabeths furnishing are upscale ,creative and beautiful That will last you a life time. Thank you ladies for making my home so beautiful .
Not your typical furniture store. This is a fun place to browse with interesting stuff. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They carry many name brands. Elizabeth will match prices and accommodate your needs. Has the personal touch. You will find that special item right here
They employ good people
My go to place before I go anywhere else. Have shopped here for over 25 years, whenever I need furniture!
Very rude owners, parked at 3235 Fairview St parking lot and apparently you are not allowed to park in front of their store as it is "apparently" private property even though there are no signs stating private or customers of Elizabeth Interior only. Just for being rude without even having the store officially open you have lost a customer. I believe that because I was dressed casual the "gentleman" thought I wasn't his type of future customer. (It's like going to a plaza and park in front of a store and the owner of that store that you parked in front tells you to move. Well, for your information I could afford your furniture in one day. Good luck with your future business if you keep acting with this attitude. If you don't want anyone to park in any of the spots in front of your store PUT SIGNS UP,a guard dog and fence it. That will get customers for sure!
Thought I would check out this new store since I visited thier other store. Very impressive. Awesome furniture. Very helpful staff since I have no idea about how to put a room together. If your looking to upgrade your home they are the ones to go to in Burlington.
To say that my experience was painful would be an understatement...most specifically their Thomasville affiliate store in Burlington. Upon placing an order for a custom sectional and ottoman in October, they conveniently neglected to mention that Thomasville was under bankruptcy protection in the US. Instead, I was quoted a standard 6-8 week lead time, which ultimately ended up being 15 weeks of "I don't know", "I can't get a straight answer", "they've changed to a new SAP system", "the fabric is out of stock, more on order", etc., etc.,etc...When the furniture finally arrived, the leather recliner had cobwebs on the legs that I was left to clean off, and there were marks on the feet of the sectional that I'm still waiting for them to provide me with a stain pen for (I certainly wouldn't expect THEM to touch it up!!!). I have found the salesperson (Chris), less than helpful as he has consistently refused to take any ownership of the problems and instead continues to remind me that I'm "not the only one" complaining about Thomasville, to which I quickly remind him that I really don't care about anyone else's orders!!! And now yesterday I received a floor lamp that I had ordered and surprise surprise, no shade!! And this guy is supposedly checking the customer orders before they're picked up??? PATHETIC!!!
Sales people here only focussed on making a big sale ...when I let the woman know I didn’t want to spend $7000 on a couch due to a dog she basically walked away from me and redirected me to a lower end store that they have ...little did she know I could’ve paid that $7000 cash right then and there without even thinking twice about it also that I would have been willing to look at other styles. Don’t visit stores that judge you based solely on what they think you can and cannot spend when they clearly have no idea what quality customer service is. Also on a sidenote I noticed most of the furnishings in here are very outdated
Great service and team, always willing to help! Will go above and beyond expectations!
Super friendly and helpful staff
Nice collection.
Allow yourself some time as this store is packed with beautiful furniture and accessories. Soooo many pieces to choose from. The staff is very helpful!
It is a beautiful store with beautiful furnishings however one must be quite wealthy to shop there. Needless to say we left empty handed. Not sure who can afford to shop there but they are lucky.
Bought an amazing dining table set at a great price. Had it delivered and the delivery team were very professional and courteous. Very happy with Elizabeth Interiors.
Please take heed of the negative reviews below. And Google genuinely needs to allow zero star reviews. I purchased a Renwil rug from this establishment less than a year ago, to the tune of $800 dollars – the carpet began literally falling apart after only 6/7 months. I contacted the store, and spoke to the Manager - Cindy, who advised she would need to contact the Manufacturer. After I had to follow up MULTIPLE times, because I never received a return phone call throughout this entire process, – I was told they would only honour the Manufacturer’s warranty – which is a joke and basically non-existent. They offered me $150 dollars to repair a rug - but would not provided an authorized repair location. Not to mention that undoubtedly the same issue would happen again. I pleaded with the Manager to go back to them, and advocate on my behalf with the Manufacturer, as I had called them directly and they refused to speak/deal with the public. Again I was the one who had to follow up with Cindy - she advised they would do nothing more (to be honest, I am very confident she never called them back - because she did not bother returning my call). My husband and I are newlyweds and invested in this rug as we wanted a really nice piece for our first home, and we are now stuck with a ruined rug, and out $800 dollars effectively. My Mother also shops here, and has spent a substantial amount of money in this store – and this is how they treat loyal customers/families. Please be wary, as what you are buying is NOT quality, and they do not stand behind or stand up, for their customers with their manufacturers. Nor are they concerned AT ALL about your experience with them, nor that you are spending your HARD EARNED money to support their salaries and business. It is a bit of a journey from Burlington but I would HIGHLY recommend giving your business instead to Cocoon or Winterberry Lane in Oakville – they are INCREDIBLE to deal with, and unlike Elizabeth’s they genuinely care about the customer. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!!!!
Recently came home with another treasure from Elizabeth Interiors – an exquisite little accent table. My visit to the magnificent new store on Fairview Street made me reflect on the long relationship my husband and I have had with the store – when our first purchase was silk flowers for our one bedroom apartment. We have since moved from that one bedroom apartment, but the reasons for returning to Elizabeth’s over the years have remained the same: staff expertise; sincere respect for, and attention to, one’s needs/taste; the wide selection of brands and price points offered; the fact that no request for guidance is too small; and one will always find a unique piece that can be both functional and beautiful. Even browsing in Elizabeth Interiors is a joyful experience. Their cappuccinos are good, too. We wish them well in their new setting.
Looking for a rec coffee table, never had a reason to visit but out of my league.
Service was great
I would suggest that you dress up in your Sunday best and use expensive perfume/deodorant to visit this shop. I went in jeans and T Shirt and was advised to shop at their sister store "liz@home" because the prices are cheaper. Snobs the lot of them and they lost my wife and I as potential customers. We never went to the sister store.
Has some nice furniture pieces but substantially over priced.
Store is very nice with unique items granted but pricing is not in line (overpriced) with the quality of furniture offered. Found same/like products hundreds of dollars less elsewhere. Shop carefully!
I went to buy furniture in Burlington and was surprised to find a really well priced high end furniture store. They have great designer furniture brands and selection of tables, couches and bedroom sets. Talk to the general manager Cindy as she was so nice and helpful.
Always a good experience and great pricing. I sourced a product online, found who the manufacturer is and then was referred to Elizabeth's by the manufacturer, the price was half of the online store.
I just want to know why your employee with the Bentley SUV parks across multiple parking spots on the daily?
Does the owner of this place drive a black bentley suv?
Excellent product selection at this store - quality and variety . Buying during the pandemic was "interesting" with delays from the distributors etc. but the service level was outstanding (including the delivery team) and team kept their commitment to us , and I love my new couches! thank you!!
Very crowded store, and the staff are not very friendly at all. I get that the items are apparently higher end, but you don't have to be snobs to work there
We love our new coffee table. Great friendly service!
THE RESPONSE FROM THE OWNER TO MY REVIEW IS COMPLETELY FALSE!! - Is it unreasonable to expect to have a new product delivered after we were assured we weren't getting a floor model - Is it unreasonable to expect the table is in great condition when delivered? According to the owner they paid $300 to repair a table that she says in her response had nothing wrong with it?!? - Is it unreasonable to expect the replacement table to be delivered during the date and time we scheduled? At no additional charge, since I already paid a delivery charge? Then the table they intended on replacing was the floor model which we always requested not to be the case - Is it unreasonable through all of this to expect some sort of an apology? Or atleast to be spoken to with respect and not complete rudeness? And is it unreasonable to question the quality and level of service we would receive for another piece of furniture after the above experience? Apparently to Elizabeth, the answer is yes to the above and my family is unreasonable. My review: 1 star is being generous. My parents spent over $7k on furniture at both Elizabeth Interiors and Liz at home. They were sent a damaged table, made arrangements to receive a new table scheduled for delivery. When following up on delivery window the day of they were extremely rude, could not make arrangements to have table delivered that day and did not offer any kind of apology or reasonable resolution. This is just a brief description of an absolute horrible shopping experience. Do yourself a favour and support another local store that actually values and appreciates your business.
Great experience. I purchased a pricey coffee table and had a fantastic experience dealing with Shannon. She kept me posted on pricing and availability. I asked her to quote on other items as well and she was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. The delivery people were also fantastic, probably the best that I have encountered and worth purchasing from them for that alone.
Furniture was crowded. I walked around for 20 minutes and no one came to help me. Store was empty. Not sure how you stay in business with service like that.
Too expensive
Very nice store and quality furnishings. We were happy with delivery and setup provided. It might be pricier but for our needs, it was a great furniture purchase and we expect will last a long time in our new home due to its quality.
