We ordered 2 nightstands and a drink table from them. They said it would about 7-9 weeks to customize. 10 weeks later, we were still following up with the store to see if our items were ready. We finally went to pick them up to realize they decided to only give us 1 nightstand while charging us for two! The worst part is when asked where our second nightstand was, they said it has happened many times before where they only order 1 nightstand but charge you for two!! It has now been 13 weeks and we're still waiting for our second nightstand. The quality of both items are nice but very disappointed in customer service for the price we paid. Update: 17 weeks later and we still don't have our missing nightstand and have gotten zero updates.

Went into this store for the first time a few days ago. You don't realize how big it is until you go inside. Fortunately the reception gal, Diane, made me feel right at home and not so overwhelmed . There's lots to look at so give yourself time to really look around.

KristineB, was very patient and very helpful. I’d give a five for that. My problem is with the company that our sofa sleeper was on back order from. I totally get it with the Covid issues and fewer people working and closedown. BUT to wait 8 month patiently, for the specific color to find out the color has been discontinued I give a zero. I have never been so disappointed in something ever before than this. We moved into a new place and planned around that particular color sofa sleeper. Now I get to start over again. I’m sure I’m not alone. I love the sofa, but not sure if I want to deal with the company that makes that one.

Horrible store! I ordered a table from them and now they are telling me it’s nine months out. We had a table from crate and barrel and was told delivery was 45 days out so we returned it and went with the Gabberts table only for me to have to call in and ask where my table was almost 60 days later. I asked to buy the floor model and was offered a messily 200 off mind you the table and chairs were over 5000 dollars combined. Person on the phone interrupted me and was rude and wouldn’t put me through to the manager so I will be driving to there tomorrow to get a full refund and not be buying any furniture form them again! Then you give me some lame excuse! If you knew this before why wouldn’t you tell me this at purchase. And no I guess I make customers aware of what’s in stock n not available sorry that’s a bs response

I wanted to write a review about my wonderful experience with Julie Schaffer. I came into the Gabberts/Hom complex a couple of months ago to look at furnishings for the new home we are building. I was lucky enough to get help from Julie. She spent a nice amount of time with me finding out my needs. She gave me lots of great ideas and we looked at a lot of furnishings. February 2021: Teresa Brooks is amazing. She is a mind reader! As I wrote in my previous post almost a year ago, I'm near-clueless when it comes to design; I only told Teresa what I didn't want, i.e. man-sized furniture:) Teresa came to my house to measure my LR and we talked for at least 45 minutes. Shortly thereafter, I went to the Gabberts store in Little Canada. Teresa suggested that I actually sit in many chairs and sofas to make sure the one I choose would 'fit' me. She and I then looked at only a few fabrics, since I have a short attention span of 20 minutes when it comes to choosing fabrics. Again, Teresa was so patient with me. Long story short: Teresa picked out GORGEOUS leather for 2 perfect-fitting chairs, sofa fabric and rug. Thank you, Teresa! I KNOW I couldn't have done this alone. March 2020:Teresa Brooks was so helpful to me. I'm clueless when it comes to design but she was so kind to me! I told her I was just beginning to 'think' about new LR furniture and she didn't push me. Very bubbly personality and it will be FUN to work with her.
