I've been in the store before (it's stunning!) but with the current restrictions, tried the online ordering with current curbside pick-up. On curbside pick-up day, I didn't realize my order was ready and didn't get a chance to get out or call to check and missed the hours they were open. Suddenly there was a knock at my door and there was Amanda DELIVERING my order. Talk about above and beyond. It was also beautifully packaged with a handwritten thank you note. Amanda truly runs a community-based operation that goes well beyond just the bricks and mortar of store. Thank you Amanda for such a wonderful surprise yesterday. You made my day.

It’s amazing to see how far this business has already come in such short time. This past weekend my girlfriend and I visited YHYS! We follow Amanda and she is truly a breath of fresh air. As soon as we entered the store there was an overwhelming feeling of calmness and tranquility. We were greeted immediately upon entering the store and made to feel so welcome. Its hard to explain but we felt like we were home. We had the opportunity to meet Amanda and her staff. They were phenomenal. They went above and beyond and there was a level of energy that was contagious. These are different times we are living in but this store took all that away. Amanda and her staff truly made our day. We could have shopped all day. The ideas were endless, we were encouraged to send pics, ask questions at any time and to not hesitate to reach out at any time about services offered, decor, and so on. I could go on but I encourage you to visit yourself. This charming boutique left us speechless and we chatted for hours about our purchases and other items we saw in the store. We cant wait to return!!!!

I absolutely adore this shop!! “Your Home Your Story” is located in downtown Brantford on Brant Ave and worth the 40 minute drive!! I have made 3 different trips and each time I have left with a few Home Decor items, Gifts and more! The shop is airy, fresh and relaxed, a coastal vibe. You can find items such as gorgeous ruffle pillows linen throws, blankets, to signature candle scents, kitchenware, a baby section and even a porch swing! We drove from Oakville to Brantford to visit her store and both my husband & I fell in love and have found a new favorite store. Everything from the soft muted colors, the decor, the carpentry and accents, the lighting, the displays, the attention to every detail and of course all the gorgeous items she has so lovingly chosen to be sold in her store create a relaxing and soothing experience. Amanda, the owner is so welcoming and very personable and friendly. It's simply a beautiful store set in a charming neighborhood. Sure you can shop online and shop in a boutique setting but none compare to the personal touch and services I’ve experienced time and time again at YHYS. What impressed me most is the online shopping during the crux of the pandemic. She kept me inspired and entertained this entire time.
