Absolutely Amazing! A beautiful HUGE showroom, design rooms and ideas for every taste, excellent staff and service. We attended a Chef's table event and it was truly an experience to remember. Chef Andreas was outstanding, every step of the meal preparation explained and how to use the appliances as well. Best in Brantford. Period.

Salt and pepper is what I have been waiting for to come to Brantford. It has the fit and flair that many of us have had to travel to get. Not anymore ! The wide range of selection ..followed by an outstanding consulatant team will leave you pleased. I had the privilege of speaking with one woman named Jaime there. She was an absolute delight. Full of knowledge and truly listened to what style I was after. I will be coming back to work with her when it is time to renovate my kitchen! In addition.... how can you not support a brand that supports it's town. ALCHE design is beautifully crafted woodwork that is locally made. It is the best of the best at salt and pepper. Check it out...they do not disappoint.

When I first visited salt and pepper I didn't know what to expect. A friend had mentioned good things and said there was free coffee. Walked in and was blown away by the display vignettes and the staff. There was a clean cut young lad I believe his name was Brett. He was excellent in suggesting appliances for my needs. Will be visiting again soon.

Andres took the time to review features and benefits of various manufacturers within my budget to make sure all my needs were met. He provided a more than competitive price and looked after all the rebate paperwork and warranty registration. After delivery he visited my home to review functions of all the appliances and has provided terrific after sale service. You just don't get this kind of service with personal touch anywhere else. Went for the Grand Opening and was very pleased. We have been shopping around for kitchen and bath reno's for quite some time and finally made the jump with Salt & Pepper.
