Claudio has been such a big help! I tried all other flooring stores in the area and found nothing that suited my needs. When I met Brianne and Claudio they were on their way to opening. I remember the exact hospitality and welcoming I got right away. I have been connected with a lot of tile supply shops however, almost immediately you notice where these guys differ from the rest. They truly put their anything and everything in, to make sure your satisfied with the energy and welcoming they include. the above and beyond they go to achieve that little bit to take away from your stress of picking tiles, dye-lot matching, designs to a point where they do it because that just who they are as people. We came to Piastrella Flooring looking for a flooring option for our 18th century farmhouse and Brianne and Claudio helped us choose the perfect fit for our home with their design knowledge. The flooring was gorgeous and the quality was outstanding. The customer service was tremendous!!! We received a few damaged boxes due to a shipping issue however, once I had notified Claudio, we had brand new boxes on our doorstep within a few days. They were so great! We will definitely be coming back here for all of our flooring needs. Highly recommended!!!

We were referred to Piastrella by our awesome contractor Mike after the downstairs level of my home flooded. We had set an appointment to see Claudio on a Saturday morning. When we arrived Claudio was professional, inviting and courteous. I had brought my young daughter with us and she was bored and Claudio offered for her to hang out in a room that had some toys and items that would keep her occupied. I thought it was truly a nice gesture and it allowed my spouse and I to focus on why we were there. It was great to deal with Claudio as he is the business owner. The showroom is a great size, clean, beautifully designed and a pleasure to walk through As we initially discussed what we were looking for Claudio educated us on what type of flooring is available and what would work best for our home. We decided to go with a luxury vinyl flooring product. He talked on the durability, build, look and quality of vinyl flooring and that many homeowners today are choosing this for the space that we had intended it for. The selection and quality of this brand we went with is excellent! It did not take us long to decide on which one we were going to go with. Claudio definitely assisted us in this decision with his knowledge and expertise of this product. What was also great about our experience here was that we got to discuss our plans with Brianne - she is the spouse of Claudio and owner as well. It was great to get her expertise, advice and design thoughts of installing the whole downstairs level with luxury vinyl. (planned on carpet in the bedrooms). After discussing this we decided to go ahead with complete vinyl flooring. Product arrived to my home and was delivered by Claudio - he is great!!! He even helped me take it off his truck and bring it into my home. It is installed now and looks fantastic! My wife and I couldn't be any happier and satisfied with the product look and feel. Our experience with Claudio and Brianne of Piastrella was excellent!! They are true professionals, personable, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.
