Subpar quality bought custom sectional that is terrible construction falling apart after 2 years staff not very helpful excuses never again. They repaired some cushions but don’t remember doing that said they would contact the manufacturer about the couch But never did I got excuse after excuse even reply to this message I got an excuse. Move on to better quality and business.

My Fav place to buy furniture! They have an amazing selection of in store items as well as the option to order in. Especially if you want items that are not in other generic furniture stores. Plus the Owners and Staff are all super friendly and helpful and it's always a joyous time when I go into the store.

You can find unique pieces that have style and elegance. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. I previously went there to buy a pair of lamps and left with a new couch and credenza in addition to the lamps. The other day I went back just to browse and bought 2 accent chairs to coordinate with my prior purchases. This is my new go-to furniture/decor store.

This is a fantastic store, amazing staff, and really cool and unique pieces! I have shopped here for years and have always have had fantastic service and have always been happy with my purchases and things are made of good quality. The staff is always welcoming and willing to help with whatever questions I have had. I have ordered furniture and accessories and have never been disappointed. One time I ordered the wrong colour for my scheme and ISL went out of their way to help me fix my problem. They accommodated me even though it was my fault, this is what you call GREAT customer service!!!! I wouldn’t shop elsewhere! Trust me you won’t be disappointed! I think it’s pretty sad that the Longhurst family feels the need to leave three 1 star ratings to bring down the rating of this store. Yeah we get it you didn’t like your experience. . . Great . . . no one is forcing you to shop here. If you are not happy go else where !!! There is always going to be that one person that is unhappy or feels the need to complain no matter what. It happens in every situation but this is unnecessary just move on!

Wow, this store has great street appeal and wonderful interiors. It’s great that we have this caliber of Home decor store to shop in. I visited this property with three friends. We were disappointed that no one welcomed us and no staff offering to help or guide us. There was one staff at the desk working on the computer that ignored us and when we cashed out she was abrupt and made us feel like we were putting her out. Overall, a very cold reception and with these prices you would think that they would have the welcome wagon warmed up.

The staff here was super unfriendly.. showed zero interest in helping me and would not even look through the book to help me find a piece because it would “take them hours”. Would not recommend if you’re looking for a place where the staff actually helps you.

Staff are amazing here! They Greet you as soon as you walk in, and are very knowledgeable about everything. Their product comes in in timely fashion and they let you know as soon as it’s in. Very helpful in choosing colours and products. Would totally recommend this place to anyone who is looking to redecorate!!
