They have been extremely accommodating, prompt, and knowledgeable. They came out to do a measure the day after I called. We met with them on a Saturday to go over the plan which was wonderful. Email communication was timely and concise. Great experience so far.

We loved our experience with Gary! They were so professional yet personable. Not only do I love everything about my new kitchen cabinets, counter and backsplash, but the kitchen is now my favourite room in the house! (It used to be my LEAST favourite). And the best part?? It was SO EASY! They, Gary and his daughter, came to the house and measured everything and asked us what we wanted, what was important what we didn’t want. Then they called us to come to their showroom, once they had drawn up a few things. From there we chose our design with a couple possible modifications. Then chose our cabinet colour and style, counter and hardware. Then we went and picked out our backsplash at Sarana and emailed them our choice. They handled everything!! When it was time for the Reno the contractors Matt (both names Matt) were so friendly and IN And OUT!! It was so fast and the cabinets fit perfect! Zero issues. I’m still amazed at how different and beautiful my kitchen looks with no headaches. You always here “kitchen Reno” and you think nightmare! But not us! Thanks Gary and team!!

This is my 3rd time using Grand Kitchens & Design and can’t say enough about how great my experience has been with them. There is a level of comfort that comes with dealing with experienced professionals, especially when it comes to kitchens. Gary came out to take measurements and was very receptive to our ideas. He provided invaluable insight and proposed custom touches that made our dream kitchen come to reality. Save your time/money and give them a call, you will not be disappointed. Have had this company to my home for a Kitchen/Bathroom renovation over 2 months ago and we are still waiting for a written quote. Has Given every excuse in the book why he hasn't quoted yet. If you are to busy for the renovation just say so!. What a bad way to run a business! Would highly recommend not to use this company!!
