I went last week, and one of the clerks had me standing there staring at me while he was on the phone. He showed no interest in rushing that phone call to assist me (I was the only one in line) nor he called someone to do so. I do not know his name, he is a young guy with a beard. Finally, I was assisted by a nice gentleman there.

Not organized. Couldnt find items i had ordered and were told had come in. Chances are if you ask the staff questions you will feel like an inconvenience. Will not be purchasing items from there again.

I cant find anything good to say about this place..for such a "big" name Rona J&G absolutely disappointing. I ended up leaving my bought items with them because one person says I can return them without receipt and the next person says no sorry cant help you.. Nobody knows there. My bad for handing in my receipts at tax time. Guess I am SOL. Also the building layout is horrible.. Its like walking into a hoarders basement. Not inviting. I will stick with Home Depot or Home Hardware.
