We had the kitchen gallery do our new home build and wish we never even went there. It’s been 12 months since they started installing our cabinetry and it still is not done properly- the wrong cabinets came and they installed them anyways- some cabinetry was damage and they tried to bodge it -we did called them out on there work which they did attempt to fix but still installed the wrong size cabinetry because “that’s what showed up to be installed so they installed it anyways” our dry wall was damaged in the process which they filled with white silicone and left, the under cabinet lighting wires were damage in the process which had to be replaced. We have finally just gotten another outfit to come in and complete the work properly- It’s been an awful experience with the kitchen gallery- and I would not recommend them the anyone ????I have attached some photos of the outstanding work that the kitchen gallery has provided us with just to validate my review - A picture is worth a thousand words! I just wanted to add that the Decor cabinetry themselves seem wonderful, - Creative Kitchens in Killarney actually sells the same product. Both my parents and my sister ended up ordering from them and have had a great experience right from the initial design meeting right through to an on time installation and premium installation work.
