I bought a bedroom furniture set at this location in 2011. Was upsold the warranty. Was promised that the warranty would fix any scratches by sales rep. Now I am not an idiot and a scratch is the farthest thing from a manufacturer warranty so both me and my mother who accompanied me on the shopping trip asked numerous times if it did indeed include repairing future scratches. Both the sales person and person who wrang through the order at the desk assured me of this. I figured you can insure anything if you pay enough for it. If it sounds to good to be true it probably is. 2 years later I called to make a warranty claim and was notified that scratches are not covered. This company will tell you anything they think you want to hear in order to make a sale. I strongly advise going to any other furniture store.

We ordered our stuff over 2 months ago. We got one of our 4 beds. The other beds came with only railings. Every time we call the support they tell us to call the store, the store tells us to call support. They said our beds will come today, they gave us the railings and just left. Noone is looking to help us. We have had a horrid experience which seems never ending. We were promised quick delivery and assembly. We got slow delivery and no assembly. Shame on you.

My husband and I have been dealing with Ashley Furniture for years now and have always had a great experience. People working in the store and customer service have always been great! Update: knocked some stars off. After having our sectional in storage for 5 months (house got ruined during storm and getting fixed up!) They sold it out from under us and now we don't have a couch for when our house is done in a couple weeks.

bad attention, buy an item and I received another, the shipment is delayed and always take it incomplete. and when you visit the agency to solve the problem no one is responsible. They show you a piece of furniture and they have the nerve to charge you and in the end they sell you what they have not what you really want. We booked bedroom suite on Nov 28/2021. And it was birthday gift for my niece on Dec 26/2021. They said it will deliver within a week. We waited two weeks. Called Ashley everyday and left message with store person to call us back never got call from manager. And finally we decided to go in person after a third week. Manager was there and he knew about our order but he never said a word or talk to us. We got date for delivery never happened another date never got it. Finally we last Sunday we decided to cancel our order and today we are still waiting for our refund. It is so frustrating. So I guess we have to call again. Brandon Ashley store service I don’t know to believe or not. Winnipeg Ashley is better than this we ordered all our bedroom suites, couches and got delivered on time and they installed for us also.

My buying experience was great and then my delivery experience was not so much, two months in delays broken item delivered, missing item, it's been very frustrating. Update: After all the problems I had with delivery and damaged items, I found out that the 0% financing I was offered at the store (to keep me from making the same purchases at the Canex with thier 0% financing) was a lie and 6 months later the company Ashley financed my order through started charging me 30% interest.

Horrible experience we payed for a mattress a month and a half ago. The guy who sold it to us said it would be delivered in 15 days. We called and another guy said he shouldn't have said that because they don't have estimated dates. So we bought another mattress that was in stock. But then they say that matress is another two weeks.

I hate to leave a 3 star review because I've always had good experiences with Ashleys. I bought my living room set there, my bed and recently more living room/kitchen furniture. I am sad to say the service hasn't been the greatest and I'm honestly surprised and disappointed. It started when the manager told me he'd give me a deal to 'keep me happy' even though it was in the flyer-basically he was calling me a liar. I let that slide. It takes roughly 30-40mins to find my account. One day it took several hours before they found it and called me back. Lost my account card. They only delivered half my furniture because the rest was forgotten. I stayed home from the city waiting for that delivery. I phoned to set up a new day for delivery and was told she couldn't do it on the same day they forgot to deliver and asked to call back Monday. Monday I got a text saying my delivery would be Wednesday. I spoke to someone on the phone (Whose name I won't mention but I have it here) and she said she put a special note on my account to have them call me prior to arriving because they didn't the last delivery day. Later that afternoon another person from Ashleys called me to confirm the delivery is Wednesday. I booked Wednesday off work so I could get it. I just phoned because it's Tuesdasy night and I still don't have my 3 hour time frame. I was told delivery is now Friday... I never got a call or a text telling me it was moved so now I need to take another day off work. This will be the 4th delivery date. It's frustrating I have given up appointments and taken days off work for them to first forget my furniture and then to have my delivery date changed without notice.

Do not go for delivery. My delivery date was changed three times and they do not guarantee time of delivery. Their delivery wait period is a week at least, and my delivery window was 2am - 1 pm. Not exactly helpful if you also have to work.

Ordered a couch and its been about 5 months and I still have not received it..I contacted the better business burial and made a claim. They would not let me cancel my order unless its with in 48hs they told me it would be here with in the month. I'm close to 5 months and have yet to receive the product. I contacted uper management and they seem to be running some shift business practices.. would dodge this place if ordering new furniture..now that this is said the people at store front were nice nice but I feel they will say what you want to hear to make a sale.. UP DATE.. received the couch today. Shotty upholstery threads are exposed cushion is about three inches shorter then the other ones. Fabric is loose on the couch as the fabric wrinkles.. the only postive experience I've had here was with the two gentle men delivering the couch and they are not even part of the company. As a first time buyer from Ashley's I warn ppl..

Very very bad service. I bought a sectional 2 piece in 2019 in brandon and when they deliver it to me it was rip on every corners and I told the delivery guy he told me to contact customer service. They say they will sent someone to repair it well it never happen. I have call customer service more than Hundred times Since now we are in april 2021. Nothing it been done. In 2020 they call me and said they can't repair it so they will exchange it that also never happen. Everything they keep changing the date every two months. They haven't receive the delivery. Well I will call customer service today again suppose my sectional should be in 18 April 2021.

SO disappointed with Ashley's customer service. We purchased the extended warranty on our sofa. We tried to file a claim on the sofa and was told by the Brandon location there was nothing we could do about it. I left several messages for the manager to return my phone call and never got called back. An employee finally took pity on me at the end of January and resubmitted my claim at which point I spoke with someone at the customer service call centre. They told me my clam should have been covered but since we are outside of the 7 day reporting period there is nothing that can be done. She advised me to write an email with a formal complaint detailing what happened. More than a week I still hadn't heard from anyone so I called the Customer Service call centre again, and again told there is nothing that can be done as it is outside of the 7 days. What a disgrace to customer service. I wish I could somehow take this further because I am appalled at the lies and being put off repeatedly until it is too late. Disgusting.

This is a sort of mixed feeling review. I walked in knowing I was making a purchase. Absolutely no one greeted me and I had to go to the desk area. No one acknowledged me again. I stood directly in front of one of the employees and she did not even acknowledge me. After I said I was there to make a purchase, everyone jumped up as if they didn’t even know I was there before. Absolutely terrible customer service on that front, however once one of the guys actually apologized and acknowledged how bad it was, the service was great. But all the employees working at 5PM on August 17, 2021 Brandon MB likely need better customer service skills. I’ve only ever had awesome experience previously.

Purchased a bed and frame, frame broke within 60 days. Manufacturers defect we where told. 5 months later still sleeping on floor, parts not in, tech booked over a month from today. Yet Ashley refuses to refund or replace, states we must wait for repairs. 2000$ worth of furniture to be sleeping on the floor. Have contacted corporate office and still no help. No wonder this company is not BBB endorced.

Update since purchase. The company did not ship all of my order and when I brought that to their attention, nothing happened in response to my two phone calls. A month later I went to the store in person to have the issue addressed. Apology offered but nothing else. I do like my purchases but will not recommend this company to anyone else. Bought a chair(power recliner) in the Brandon store, it broke within the month. Called and was told they would call us back the make an appointment. After 2 days I walked in to report the problem again, they wrote it down then said they would call back same thing. Two days after that I went in again, finally got a call back. The next week the repair person came over said the motor was broken. He brought over 3 motors but they were all the wrong one. (No idea why they know what model we bought it was on the work ticket) Told us we will have to wait 1-3 weeks. Called to see if the part was in same thing never called me back. Terrible service still unresolved. I don't know what happened to this store used to be great. I won't shop with them anymore

I'm retracting my initial review. The after sale customer service is awful. They do not answer the phone or call back. You have to go through Customer Care if you have an issue and they don't help right away, you have to do a claim via text. Everything is done through automaton. Your just a number. A brand new chaise came defective and I haven't had a clear answer from the store or their customer care yet. Great sales team but after that it goes downhill.

Bought a new sofa and loveseat. Waiting time was expected to be ~2-3 months, but delivery was delayed to the point that it took ~4-5 months to get the set (calling customer service it was clear they had no idea what was going on - had to call several times speaking to several different people before anyone actually looked into this issue). The sofa frame caved in less than 3 years, which was fine as it was covered by warranty. Booked a service visit in July, the furniture tech came in August and wanted to get a new sofa ordered but their supervisor wouldn't approve it. Tech did a rough patch and ordered all new frame and booked a follow up for November. Sofa broke again in October, decided to wait until November appointment but when WE called the week of the appointment (wasn't notified by Ashley's) we found out that the appointment was changed to February? Called customer service 5 times about this issue and was promised a call back every time within 48 hours... never once received a call back. So in summary: - Couch delivery was delayed. - Product broke in less than 3 years of normal use. - Warranty claim is taking 9 months to get results... still ongoing. Experience with sales in stores was good, they were very helpful at time of the purchase. Customer Service and Guest Care is abysmal. I know two other co-workers who have had terrible experiences with Ashley's as well, I would never recommend going with Ashley's to anyone. UPDATE: Finally heading toward a resolution with the warranty claim... Ashley's wanted to give us a new sofa to replace the broken one, however the product is no longer sold so instead we were given full credit for the original cost of the sofa to put towards a new purchase in their store. Changing the rating to 2 stars, hopefully all goes well with this next purchase.

We ordered furniture and sold ours based on the sales representative telling us that our furniture would be a few weeks away. We have now been waiting 2 and a half months and they told us to call back in 2-3 weeks. We will never buy from them again. Not once did anyone from the store call us to update us either.

Horrible place to go. Blown away by how rude the staff was. I had talked to Wade months ago when first started looking at sofas and when i called back again and asked to speak to the same guy i was told i could not talk to him and if i wanted a couch i had to deal with this new person who answered the phone. She would not even give me her name and when i explained it was her manager i had talked to before and that i wanted to deal with him she hung up on me. I called right back and another girl answered the phone, i tried to explain to her what just happened, she cut me off and called me a liar. The manager Wade eventualy called me back and was very nice as usualy but i still dont think he will do anything about the rude staff and how they treat people. Needless too say i will not be buying a couch from this company or any company that would treat a customer like they did.

We went into Ashley home store in Brandon on Sunday looking for new furniture upstairs and downstairs which we weren’t looking forward to…COVID and the thought of going to a few stores. We met Brittney when we walked in and the journey began. She was polite and personable and made the task of finding new furniture very easy. Her manager also got involved and sold us a bed in a box which we needed due to new basement construction. Needless to say we didn’t have to go anywhere else as we got all our furniture in one easy stop. Thanks again to Brittney and manager(sorry forgot his name) for all their help.

We have purchased a dining room table and chairs and now a sectional sofa from Ashley Home Store at the Corral Centre in Brandon. Both times we have been extremely pleased with the service and delivery. On the occasion we ordered our table, there was a problem with the table top. All it took was one phone call and a couple of weeks later the table top was replaced with a flawless one. When we purchased the sofa we had declined to add the extra warranty while at the store. After we got home we changed our minds and called the store. They were happy to add it on for us. We will definitely be recommending this store to friends as well as coming back to make future purchases!
