Appalling professionalism. Bought Groupon, she would not reply to my calls or messages until I inquired from a different number without mentioning Groupon. The last message I get from this person is "I will have to check, not sure about next Tuesday". Next Tuesday comes and 2 cleaners are at my door, I just happened to be home. This was a mistake.

We hired their cleaning services recently and they arrived 2 hours and 45 minutes late. They were scheduled for 4 hours of work but only one person worked for 2 hours and left. They still demanded payment for the 4 hours scheduled even after I explained the situation. The person I was communicating with said they would talk to their manager about it. That was 3 weeks ago and we have not heard back from them. This was a disappointing experience as we had hoped to use their services continually going forward. *Reply to Owner - the occurrence was Wed Sep 11th, the scheduled start time was 1pm.
