Pleasant experience from start to finish... My wife and I must've visited this place at least ten times over the past few months as we were redecorating our master bedroom. Lina has been an immense help for us and assisted with every aspect of our purchase. We ended up buying a nice bedroom suite from here. Yes, the place is pricey but you get what you pay for. From the sales staff, to the delivery crew, I have been pleased with every aspect of my experience with Direct Interiors. Thank you for all the coffee drinks and cookies guys... cheers!
it is a good store
Don’t bother buying anything from here. They take way too long to deliver your furniture. My furniture took 4 months to arrive. I tried to get a status of my order, different people told me different things. They don’t answer your phone calls either. I had to go into the store to get a status of my order. Save your time and go somewhere else.
Absolutely horrible experience! They act super nice when they are selling the product and once they have your money, they don’t care about you. I ordered a dining table and I got it after 4 months. Whenever I tried to talk to the sales associate, she was always “on vacation”, “on lunch” or “on a break”. I couldn’t get hold of the associate. The order status person spoke disrespectfully and never gave a proper answer. I would suggest that if you want to be respected as a customer, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
We send a lot of our clients here and they have been very pleased with the selection, service and pricing. If they don’t have it, they have great catalogues to go through from their suppliers. Great buys in all styles and levels of design. Speak to Miriam, she is great!

Absolutely love my experience at Direct Interiors. From the day I walked in, to the delivery of the furniture, everything went smoothly! I've been working with DeeDee. Her attention to details is second to none. I've had many ideas and pictures for my furniture and lighting selections. She was able to source pretty much every piece at unbeatable prices. We did have minor hick up with delivery time frame for pendant lights. But that is really out of their hands. They worked hard to resolve the issue and provided up to date information on delivery status. I am extremely happy with the way my home looks now and already have some more pieces I need to order from them!
I wish I could give this a zero if I could. We just bought a house 2 hours away and came this far just to be said we can’t be served, we came 15 minutes before closing, enough to see if we could come back. Really bad customer service. I wish I could come back but they just ruined my experience
Worst customer experience ever! Would not recommend this place to anyone. Salesperson was only interested in making a sale and not advising the truth that there are no refunds or exchanges initially. Only to receive a product that wasn’t described. Only then did I get a call asking why delivery was refused. MISREPRESENTING A PRODUCT IS ILLEGAL! Judging by a lot of other reviews this wasn’t the first time this happened. Not only are they quick to take your money they are also rude in the process of trying to inquire about when you’ll receive the actual product. Before delivery I had called to inquire on when I should expect my product, not only was the receptionist rude and ignorant but also told me to email somewhere that has yet to get back to me. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place! EDIT: Still getting the run around after calling them about this review, since nobody knows who’s responsible for the replies. I’ve left my name and phone number to be contacted and no response. To be clear I refused delivery of a product that was not up to par with the product I was promised. It has large gold paint drops all over it. Instead of publicly trying to defend your shady business, you should try and resolve problems by answering your phones.

Beautiful furniture
Approximately two years ago I went into direct interiors and purchased furniture for every room in my home. The furniture was delivered in stages and with each delivery there appeared to be a number of defects with most the order. They are as follows; The wood kitchen table had a dent on the tabletop. There were ten dinining room chairs with five of chairs having different heights. The base Of the dining room table had to be touched up as there was no stain The server had to be touched up The handle of the server fell off. Another server’s door panel was peeling. The headboard in the master bedroom was cracked A live edge table was delivered with part of a corner missing Night tables were delivered and they had a gold finish when I was told they were supposed to have a pewter finish A chest was delivered and the front cabinetry had coral and greenish tone when I was told it was to be pewter. The desks had to be touched up as parts were not stained. I was promised that my furniture was to be scotch guarded. Dining chairs in the basement had to be returned on two occasions as they were very flimsy. Here we are June 2019 still waiting for the kitchen table to be replaced. The handle on the server has fallen right off The headboard was replaced but there is a flaw with the cloth and I was told it would be replaced again. Furniture was never scotch guarded The dining chairs have not been returned. The server with the flawed panels have not been replaced. In the past year I have dealt with Rosemary, Franca,Dina, Kirsten and Paul. I have spent a significant amount of monies but have had terrible service. I have purchased furniture from direct interior in the past but never having an experience like this.For almost a year and half I had to send numerous emails and call just to get these issues resolved but the staff that I dealt with didn’t think it was important enough to take care of my concerns. Finally two weeks ago Paul and Kirsten contacted me to advise me that the table,the chairs the headboard , the handle and new door panels were going to be delivered. I spoke to Paul to advise him that there was a large piece of glass on the table that I had put on to protect the wood. I explained that I would need help to have it removed and basically was told it was my responsibility. I then contacted the glass company and for a fee they would come and remove the glass and place it back on the table when the new tabletop was put on. I made arrangements and my husband took the afternoon off in the event that further help was required as it was a large piece of glass. That week Kirsten and Paul left messages for payment. Yes there was a very small balance but I felt that until I received the furniture in good condition I would hold off. That morning afterI making arrangements with the glass company, I received calls from Paul and Kirsten advising me that the monies needed to be given to the driver or else they would cancel delivery. No money no furniture! The delivery was cancelled and at the same time I have people on their way from the glass company I was furious and I made sure Kirsten knew that. What is very upsetting is that in a year in a half not one person had any consideration for what I was going through. They dragged it out and all I got were excuses. I felt that they got their sale and a large sale at that so now go to the next customer. They have me demonstrated that they have no service skills whatsoever. As a matter of fact it’s been two weeks and I have not heard from anyone whether it be the individuals I dealt with or management. Not one person had the courtesy to apologize or show any concern. I am very dissaponted and frustrated with the whole experience.
Very expensive
Ordered a dinning set was told we should get it within 5-6 weeks. It has been almost two and a half months and we still did not get the furniture! Called many times to get an update, but no luck getting anyone to get back to me! very disappointed!

The experience we had with Direct Interiors was by far second to none!! We did a full gut reno to our condo downtown Toronto and needed all new furniture and fixtures which we thought would be a daunting task, but one of their Interior Decorators, Kevin Chiu met with us to go through the showroom (which is probably the best showroom in the GTA) to get an idea of what style we liked and the colours of our condo. He put together a floorplan with all the room settings and narrowed down his search to the specific brands that would carry what he recommended would best suit us and our lifestyle. He was very thorough, organized and on the ball with communicating with us, making changes, placing orders, pricing, taking care of any challenges to help us achieve what we wanted. Aside from that, their customer service and warehouse manager were very helpful along the way making sure they kept us informed of delivery schedules, or if an item needed to be replaced for whatever reason. I will definitely continue to shop here as they have everything you could possibly need. I have already referred many people to them. If you want a turn-key service from friendly (non-pushy) people who care and get excited with you as if they're designing their own home, then visit Direct Interiors today!!
Most racist, uninviting place ever. The receptionist with the glasses is so rude, I’ve never felt this disrespected at any store before. Will never return don’t waste ur time. We also called someone named Rose Marie for a complaint, she did not even bother to apologize or make things right . I guess it’s all of them… Cringe customer service.
Cuz everybody already nice stuff
After my purchase, their customer service is terrible...I had the wrong length couch delivered in July and they keep promising to replace it. They say they have ordered it but it’s now mid October and it’s still not made...I spent 10K and still don’t have what I purchased !!! I could have bought at Urban barn for a couple of grand cheaper.

I cannot begin to describe how much I love Direct Interiors. I am absolutely in love with all the furniture they have. I have been working very closely with Rudy. With his help, I was able to completely furnish my condo from start to finish. His attention to detail is one of a kind. I highly recommend DD. If you go, make sure to ask for Rudy. His eye for decor is one of a kind. You will not regret.

Great service
I feel Byron is not an honest people. And care little about the customer. The whole process is just disappointing. They delivered poor quality shades. Although they kept saying it's high end and luxury. The shades in one room have two different colors. It's so obvious that I couldn't even look at them. Some of the shade has a big scratch patten in the middle. They said the shade has warranty, if this thing happen to you, they are going to change it. But they never did. I called several times. Every time Byron comes with a new excuse. It's been half a year. Nothing gets down. I'm so tired of his excuses. I think the new customer should know the truth. At least don't pay all the money in front just like me. Because after they did a crap job for you, you don't have any chance to ask them to fix it.
Horrible experience. Ordered a table that was promised in October. After numerous phone calls that led nowhere, I was forced to go there personally to speak to Rosemary. She promised to call me on Monday regardles but alas, crickets. Buyer beware at this location, all they care about is selling with broken promises. After care service is non-existent. Beware dealing with Rosemary.
Direct Interiors staff have an impeccable eye for colour and design. My favourite part of going to their show room is the attention you get from their team and being surrounded by such beautiful products..They also have the best coffees and treats!
Not cheap but amazing quality
Unfortunately this time my experience wasn’t a very good one. I ordered a new bed, and after going back and forth on different collections and pricing I ordered a bed that was a California king. I thought I ordered a king, just a very confusing experience. I will take responsibility on ordering the California king, however the customer service is terrible. Although I ordered the California king size, I asked specifically if this bed needed a box spring I was told NO it didn’t. Now I’m stuck having to spend more money. Once they get their money they forget about you. FYI for anyone shopping for furniture, I recommend Berkshire Furniture, their pricing is just as good, don’t think you are saving money with Direct Interiors.
I am very disappointed with the service! When I call to check the status of my order I receive a different story every single week! People are extremely rude on the phone; promise they will call you back and let you know what is going on but do not make the effort to contact you at all. I am still waiting for the product and it has been almost two months since I placed an order.
Excellent prices and quality designer assistance. Bring several pics of the room and any samples of colours you can (eg wall paint, flooring, etc) ... Many of the items come in a variety of wood types and stain colours so this is essential to help you chose.
Best place for high quality furniture. Vanessa decorated my entire house, I couldn't be more pleased!
Great furniture but poor hours … they sell to retail yet close at 5pm …not accommodating to people who work …. Wed they open late 1 day a week and packed that day … they should get the hint to stay open if they care about there customers
