I can't say enough about the whole Westridge Homes team! From all the design and floor planning with Regan, to the whole design process with Tara! Each and every trade especially finishing the carpenter, the painters and the tile installer are the most skilled around. They made the whole process so much fun and very effortless. Every single part was was top notch perfect! Aaron who deals with any warranty issues is helpful and very attentive. Our new home is truly a dream come true! We purchased one of the Westridge showhomes. The experience as well as the quality and design of the house were excellent. We have used other builders in the past with previous homes, and although we have generally had good experiences, Westridge was by far the best. After 1 year, we just don't have any little issues, as we experienced with other builders...small things, like the sloping the landscaping so you don't have drainage issues (as many neighbors do), nail pops, fit and finish of doors and windows, etc. There is quality in all aspects of the home. Similarly, we toured many show homes, but the Westridge home had characteristics that were functional yet unique. What we really liked is when you are talking to Regan, you are not just talking to a builder or a sales person but an architect/designer. In our experience few builders can offer this insight and perspective. Regan, Tara and the Westridge team were very easy to deal with and professional. They were always completely responsive to any question we had. We would strongly encourage anyone considering building to use Westridge.

We worked with Westridge Homes to custom design and build our forever home on an acreage. We had purchased a new home from them in the past that was built on spec, and when we decided to proceed with building a new home - there was no other choice for the builder we would consider for the project. Their attention to detail and the quality of construction on our previous home was second to none. The entire staff at Westridge Homes is there to help ensure that you have the best product possible. They work with you through the entire process, before construction starts to ensure that the plans are exactly what you want, through the construction and design process right up to delivery of the finished product. The amount of time they take to help make you comfortable with every decision that has to be made ensures there will be no issues down the road. I can not say enough great things about their staff - their advice and suggestions greatly improve the process. Now that we have been in the house for 18 months, the evidence of a quality product is that we have had no issues, other than a few very minor cosmetic items, and a mechanical issue that was fully covered under warranty. This was of no fault of Westridge, but they ensured that everything was looked after. If we were building again, I wouldn't choose anyone else than Westridge Homes!

They have a Guy named Arron and he is amazing. He is the most polite, efficient, determined individual. He always gives 100% and can fix anything. He is definitely a huge asset to this company.
