Had a Control4 system installed many years ago and it really was not what I had expected. It has been quite unreliable and troublesome. But the worst part is my rep, Steve Dionne, has gone MIA and will not even respond to our inquiries in order to update and possibly upgrade our system. Not sure why when this is the business they are in. I reached out to another dealer in town and they were more than helpful and motivated to assist us with upgrading our system.

We have been very pleased with our experience with SuRe Innovations, they were very informative about the product they installed in our home. I had a few questions about how to use it and they were very quick to set up an appointment to come over and show me how to get the most out of our Control 4 package the options I use the most are the lighting controls /music / and I really like having the doorbell camera and being able to monitor my house alarm from my phone they have made it all very convenient! The guys are all so nice, I enjoyed having them In my home during our renovation and set up of our system. I highly recommend this Local company for all your needs!

Our family has successfully relied upon and worked closely with the SureInnovations team since our leap of faith about a dozen years ago when we went ‘all in’ on home automation with an extensive installation during the building of our new home. Sean and Tom designed and delivered a state of the art Contol 4 system with multiple listening zones, theatre room, deck, patio, poolside listening and viewing areas that still amazes and delights. Over the years this dynamic duo have become more like trusted friends than ‘providers’ and we continue to appreciate their responsiveness and professional support and advice. We also appreciate that they will enthusiastically tackle projects large and small(er). Since then with the able assistance of designer Steve Dionne, we have recently completed ‘Project 2,’ a fully automated ‘50s bungalow retro-fit with smartphone controlled security, locks, climate, lighting, multi-room sound, Sonos, TVs and voice control, fully remote controlled for very convenient short term stays! No more hassle over lost keys! We love what they’ve done with the place. We can look back on many years of excellent history with Sean and Tom and have found their team at SureInnovations to be unfailingly trustworthy, reliable, creative and just a joy to work with! In fact we can hardly wait to get going on our next project!

The team at SuRe InnoVations are great! They took the time to show me how to use the security system and the Savant system in my house!! I had a little trouble with some electrical and pow they were there fast to help me!! I watched as my electrical panel was opened up and was very impressed with how meet the wires were inside the box!!! They were even able to help me with a warranty issue on one of my TVs. This team is amazing at their jobs, I would highly recommend them for any work that you have. You will not be disappointed!

This group is above awesome!!! Years ago I had trouble with another group and this group was hired from the manufacturer as their “gold star” workers to come fix my place and they have been a GOD SEND! For years now they have trouble shooted for me and are there for me almost 24/7 and with their service often can fix things online and when they can’t are very prompt at arranging a time to be on site. The staff are prompt but more importantly - I like them! No bs. They want your stuff to work! I’ve had companies that this isn’t the case - this group really goes all out in making your electronic needs met. I completely endorse this group and I hope u will too! Norm joanis

The Saskatchewan Craft Council has been working with Sure Innovation to re-organize the security of our building on Broadway Avenue. Our primary contact is Steve Dionne. He has been fantastic, leading us through different approaches to manage our needs. Steve has been patient, always available and on top of the game. His colleague Brad, who led the installation of the equipment, has also been tremendous to work with as has Tea, who coordinates all the visits. The first few weeks of the install had its problems, but we all worked together to solve the challenges. Neither Steve nor Brad dismissed our concerns. Instead they listened carefully and helped us find solutions. You can rely on Sure Innovation and feel that you are guided and serviced appropriately.

The technical support and followup was top notch. When Sasktel did not show up for a coordinated install service, the Sure technical team were available after hours with one phone call and arrived the next day to finish the job behind Sasktel. No extra charge for fixing what Sasktel could/would not do. Thank you to Steve and the team.

I have nothing but great things to say about this company. Where to start. I purchased a home that was outfitted with extremely dated and broken smart home tech. I called Sure Innovations and I was introduced to Steve Dionne. This guy knows his stuff. He came out, assessed the home, and made a game plan. The house has the all new Control4 system. Everything works flawlessly. All of my TVs, home audio in every room, all of the lights, even my garage door openers are integrated with one smart phone app. The whole team was extremely professional during the whole process.
