Thank you Showtime Glass! I had been busy on the road with my job and we getting used to having a less than perfect windshield after a few recent stone chips. When I booked in, I knew I had a package policy that would cover the windshield replacement. Showtime made it easy I was in and out on a quiet Covid morning within an hour and managed to use their wifi while I waited. I have no complaints, am happy with the outcome, and will go back in the future if needed. Thanks guys, Great service!

One of our bedroom window glass suddenly cracked on a Sunday, the original installer said warranty would not cover it and to replace it would take a month. Called Showtime and they came to have a look and measure, estimated they could produce the parts and have it installed in around three days. Their quote was also cheaper than the original installer. Needless to say we are very satisfied with Showtime and will now recommend them to everyone when it comes to glass!

I was fortunate enough to win a windshield replacement from this company and I have to say, they treated me like a saint. Windshield looks fantastic, they got me in quickly and communication was simple and easy. They accidentally punched the windshield fluid tube when putting the cover on, but a staff member went out of his way to come to my place and make the adjustment. Awesome service, we’ll organized and truly care for the people they help!

Contacted Showtime to get a windshield installed on my Rav4. They had the glass in stock for a great price!!! Scheduled an appointment same day even though I gave them short notice. I rescheduled twice and they still accommodated me on the same day without making me feel guilty at all....once I got there, they had me out in an hour. Everything was reinstalled precisely to my OCD standards. Evan offered excellent customer service. Loved dealing with these guys....A+.

We had booked a windshield replacement for our class A moterhome and asked that both windshields be reset and new gaskets put in as we had issues with the other side coming out of the old gasket We put half down and booked a time slot. As we were out of town we took day off work arrived to have work done. They replaced the cracked side using the old gasket and did not reset or do anything with the other side. The job cost us 2500. And was not done as per our specifications. When we questioned re the gasket issue they told us that a new one wasn’t ordered and it would cost more. I had called several times to ensure that they would look after both issues and they did not. We had a crack appear in the windshield we had replaced by them and took it to another glass place in another city and upon a brief inspection they indicated that it had not been installed correctly I do not have much faith in their knowledge re RV glass installation

Would strongly recommend to anyone. Not just for Windshields, they do everything GLASS, with class and professionalism. Great Locally owned and operated, nothing like the Chain Gang SPEEDY type place. Chase cares, and the Buck stops with him. No email Corp headquarters in the USA if you aren't happy. And if their Great service and prices aren't enough they carry a Crazy Great line of BBQ and Seasoning mixes to die for. Best retail experience I've had this Summer. Repair work was fine, but when dealing with the owner in regards to a potential damage caused by the technician things seemed fine and agreeable up front. That is, until the owner upon leaving, became enraged, stormed through the office forcefully/aggressively shoving the door open as he left. We requested 3-4 times that he come back to explain the reason for this unprofessional conduct to which he continued shaking his head and blatantly ignoring my requests. Extremely poor form and customer/ business relations. Update* read below to see the dismissive lack of acknowledgement this company offered towards the original complaint.

After waking up to discover that the passenger side window of my truck was smashed by vandals during the night, Showtime pulled through for me. They got me in quick that morning and did a pro job at a good price. The interior door handle had some issues after, but they got me in quick made the adjustments, and in 10 minutes was on my way. Totally satisfied, pro job and good customer service.

They installed the windshield on my Class A motorhome. A crack showed up not sure why but when I tried to contact them to resolve the problem the owner would not return calls, text messages or email. My thoughts is things will happen and we need to deal with it; my opinion is that ignoring the problem is not professional. I deal with professional businesses.

I hadn't needed glass work in years but Showtime had the best price in town on a windshield installation so we went there. Our family has a miscommunication and no one picked up the car before the shop closed for the long weekend. The owner met us there on the holiday Monday so our kid could use the car to get back to Alberta! The price was great and the service was exceptional! Thanks, Showtime.

Everyone here was incredibly nice and professional. I looked around for quotes and they had the best pricing by far. Managed to book in quickly and the service only took 2 hours for a windshield replacement. They even cleaned the flooring of my car which was unexpected but appreciated! My car smells phenomenal now. I also purchased windshield wipers from them and they installed them quickly at no extra charge. I will be coming here from now on for all glass and window repairs. Highly recommended!

This place is the best they replaced my windshield when I first bought my suv and it was done by the time I finished my lunch top notch service and very polite customer service. I used them the 2nd time when I needed to get the side window replaced it only took a short time and was the lowest price I could find I will use them again if I ever need any glass replaced ever great job defiantly 5 stars+

I would not recommend Showtime Glass because of their poor customer service and unprofessionalism. I had my windshield replaced by this company. The next day when I went to go rip off the tape, I noticed that a piece was missing. I called them right away and sent a photo via email. They said they would call me back by the end of the day to try figure out what had happened. They didn't end up calling me back so I had to call them several times the next day before somebody would answer. Eventually they told me, "We have a part ordered and we will call you when it's in." There was no explanation on what happened or anything. Two weeks went by and I called them back again. They said it takes 7-10 business days to get parts in and they would call me as soon as it came in. A month had passed and I still had not recieved a call. I called to check the status on the part that was ordered and they said they would look into it once again. I got a phone call back later that afternoon to tell me they just recieved the order that day. They dropped them off in my mail box and the photo attached is apparently the parts they had ordered a month ago. Clearly they are not brand new, but instead recovered from a salvage yard. Out of curiosity I called Honda to ask them if they could order the part. They said it would be $9 and would only take one business day to come in. I was upset to learn that I was made to wait over a month for a $9 part that could have been replaced within a day.

I had the back glass smashed out of my SUV unfortunately and was looking around to have it fixed asap. I had never had to replace glass in my vehicle before so I had no clue where to start. I called around maybe 5 or 6 places but ended up settling on Showtime. They were Incredible!! Not only did they get my vehicle in same day and have it fixed within a couple hours (they also had the most reasonable price to fix it) they knew I had my toddler and provided a shuttle car from their shop all the way across the city to my house. When they called to say it was done, they offered to drive my vehicle home for me and park it in my garage. Stellar people and stellar service!! I've never had better customer service anywhere than I did there! I will be recommending them to everyone I know needing any kind of service they provide. Thank you for making my stressful situation less stressful!! You guys were amazing and will be getting all of my future business!!????
