Ordered a new entrance door and a garden door replacement. Working with the sales staff we were able to reconfigure the door to better suit our needs. The installation crew showed up with three people and worked quickly and efficiently. They took care not make a mess and cleaned up all garbage when done. The interior and exterior were nicely trimmed including nail marks painted over. This was a 100% complete installation. The doors themselves are excellent. They seal well and we can tell the house is quieter, which maybe says more about how bad our old ones were! One item to note is that the lead time was quite long (approx 16 weeks), which we were told upfront. Based on our experience I would 100% recommend Denovo.

The sales guy messed up on of the design of the big window (most expensive one) but the owner decided to send a new replacement and mentioned that customer satisfaction is paramount of their business. We recently had 2 doors installed by Denovo and were thoroughly impressed all-around. The initial interaction with Lindsay regarding the quote and selection of doors was great. He was extremely helpful and accommodating and provided us with a great price too. The installation team was very professional and did an amazing job. They were respectful, communicative, and left our home without a trace - other than the fact that they left us with beautiful new doors, of course. I really got the sense that they were doing as good of a job, if not better, that they would have done on their own home. Overall, I highly recommend Denovo!

Replaced two large windows on the front of our house. Lindsay was very professional and reworked the window drawing multiple times until we got exactly the look we were wanting. The installers did a wonderful job removing the old windows and installing the new ones, they were courteous, professional and very careful to not damage anything and leave the area very clean and the windows spotless. Definitely would recommend Denovo Window and Door to others and use again if the need arises.

Replacement of living floor windows and garden door on a log home. Measuring of window replacement was poor. Company stated that they had experience with log homes, this was not the case. Windows were undersized. Delivery was slow. Fit and finish on trim was poor. Windows themselves were good quality but installation was poor. For the price we were disappointed.
