Dealt with Allied replacing my basement flooring as part of an SGI claim, the salesman was rude and dismissive, and generally difficult to deal with. He argued with me about what I wanted and pushed me to get glue-down flooring instead of click-together. He assured me they could deal with the drain clearout I showed him, and he either didn't know what he was talking about or just lied to get what he wanted, presumably they made more money off it the way he pushed for. He also argued with me about the color and style I wanted, and always acted like helping me out was beneath him. Not at all happy with their work or service, would never go back, and would not recommend anyone else either.

We built a new 1800 sq' house in 2015 and Allied provided the flooring for the main floor, we provided the installer. In 2016 Allied provided the flooring and the installer for the basement -- all berber carpet. We do not have any complaints about the quality of the flooring, it is very nice. The installer in the basement, however, did a poor job. The basement is used very little as we are an older couple and seldom go down there. When vacuuming the "great area," a seam caught. This area is vacuumed about 3 times a year. We did talk to Jarred about it a few times as we were back and forth about it. Over the next couple of years, there were two more rips. Once it was determined that this was their installer's issue, Jarred no longer answered my phone calls or offered any assistance in repairing the seams. They no longer used those installers and we have no recourse over this. It is a shame as the carpet is like new but it has 3 rips in the seams. I am very disappointed in how this has been not handled and when I call about four times over a few weeks without a call back, that is very unprofessional on Jarred's part.

Where do I begin…. First carpet on our stairs since purchasing the house (at this time under a year) was super loose / moved quite a bit ; also on the nose it was very loose; and also you could feel sharp objects every other step or so… they finally came to fix it after months of following up they finally were able to fix that…. However Still blamed the carpet. Second as attached picture of our laminate it had spots in different spots since before we purchased the house. They had a representative and a sales lady came out and they had me pull our all my cleaning supplies and blaimed it on my swifter wet jet because it has formaldehyde in it and started to make me feel guilty about using this product with my child in the house! Also knocked off the wood/laminate safe cleaner I use every other week. Suggested I get on my hands and knees and hand wash. Yeah ok. Also anytime I would follow up as they first said they would replace the boards since I had extras that they “were following up with their supplier” that was the messaging I got for months. Third anywhere they installed this carpet which is our whole second floor is loose and moves. Don’t bother spending your money here…. We went with Local flooring for our whole basement and have never been happier!
