Originally we were unsure how Chantal would be able to match layout and colours with possible staging items as there was no possibility for a pre-visit to the site before staging. Recently we sold and bought a house. We used Fresh Living before we sold to make our lives easier, cause really, who likes to scrub the bathroom?! The cleaners were always able to work with our schedule by booking via email and the quality was superb. In prep for the sale of our house, we used Fresh Living to both clean and stage our house. We had an offer the first day along with a backup offer after that. The price was so reasonable as they worked with our existing furniture, and all the details were tended to and it smelled so fresh and clean! The house we bought needed some work. After painting and carpet, the Fresh Living crew to totally clean all the books and crannies in the house. When the cleaners arrived we had a shower that had pink grime in the shower (so gross), carpet fibers from the installation, tape on the front entry tile, and just general uncleanliness throughout. When we arrived that evening everything was spotless, the shower looked like new with no water spots, the carpet lines looked like it was a show home, and the tape had been scraped. Everything was a above and beyond my expectation!! We will definitely be using Fresh Living! They make life’s biggest transitions easy and for good value for your money.
