Our review is long overdue for White House Designs! We were referred to Anne and Trisha by a friend and we were beyond happy with their services from the moment we met them. We used WHD to design our main floor in August of 2019. They listened to our vision of Joanna Gaines (ing) our home and what we wanted. Anne responds to inquiries faster than any other person/service I have ever utilized. I could go on and on about how happy we are with our space. Everyone who comes into our home compliments our space and we rave about Anne and Trisha at WHD. I simply cannot wait to do our next room with these ladies in 2021. Trust me you will not be disappointed with their services from start to finish, there may even be some tears at the reveal:) The Tedoldi Family xoxo

I was struggling to find somebody to help design my sons room and he loves it he is so grateful please go here my son is friends with the owners daughter and they are such nice people even their house is very nicely decorated please go here you will not regret it!

Trisha and Anne did a fantastic job with designing and putting the finishing touches on my 1400 sq ft main floor renovation. They were very consultative, accommodating and really fun to get along with. Trisha recommended a top-notch contractor, Mike Nikkanen. His work ethic, skill, and attention to detail were excellent. I highly recommend White House Design, they alleviated a considerable amount of stress from what has the potential to be a very stressful event. Well done!

I can’t say enough good things about working with the White House Designs team!!! Everyone is incredibly kind, patient, responsive and encouraging. We had custom built-ins and a new fireplace surround built on our main floor, and completely finished our basement with them. From beginning to end it was an absolute pleasure and as stress-free as a renovation could possibly be! We could not be happier with the work that was done - everything is absolutely beautiful, the design and craftsmanship are flawless. Our house feels like a true home now.

We are so happy to have had the opportunity to work with White House Designs on the renovations we wanted done to our new house. We were unable to come and see the project in person due to the pandemic and we are so glad we had them to rely on from start to finish. Trisha set up contractors and assigned the jobs we wanted done very effectively to make sure the project was at a good point when we arrived to our new home. Communication was great between us to make sure we were getting what we wanted and Trisha's design sense and recommendations were very informative and helpful. What we had done at our house would have never been possible without their help and we'd definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.

Our experience with Trish and Anne was nothing short of spectacular. Their passion for their profession was certainly evident throughout the process. They met with us before our move date and made some great suggestions on how we could make our home more saleable. Then as the listing and moving dates approached, they were right there offering more great advice. When they were finished staging, we hardly recognized our own home. It looked great. When they were done, we listed our home and sold it within 4 days. Amazing. I have no idea if the home would have sold as quickly without Anne and Trish's help, but I certainly have no hesitation in recommending them.

We hired Trisha and Anne, of White House Designs to oversee all elements of large scale main floor renovation. The scope of the project included; structural redesign, sourcing furnishings, kitchen and bathroom design; including all cabinetry elements. In addition, they were also involved in on-site coordination with the contractor, and we believe this hands-on approach was invaluable and instrumental in our project finishing a month ahead of schedule. The attention to detail, as well as their design knowledge were absolutely on point. They guided us to think outside of our comfort zone to blend heritage pieces we choose to keep with new modern elements. They’re professionalism, energy and great “can do” attitude was refreshing. To say we are thrilled with the outcome would be an understatement. It was an absolute delight to work with them, and we hope to continue the relationship for upcoming projects.

Working with Anne of White House Designs was a great experience! I used their e-design services to re-design my living room. Anne completely understood the style I was going for, and provided me with 3 great options for each of the furniture and decor items that I needed, along with links and prices. The three floor plans that were provided gave options for how to work with my long, narrow living room and a piece of antique furniture that needed to stay. I was very impressed with how quickly I received responses to e-mails and Anne's willingness to go the extra mile, for example, meeting me on two occasions in Barrie to try out sofas and choose fabric. Anne's expertise and advice meant that the design process went smoothly and quickly, and I feel that I got exceptional value for my money. The room is perfect for my lifestyle and I love the finished result!
