We tried to book a consultation appointment with Kelsey and had an appointment booked. Kelsey noted in an email that she might have to push the consultation to the next day as she wanted to volunteer to clean the forest. My husband and I had both made time out of our work day for the consultation and I work in health care so my days are very busy. We responded back that we were disappointed that she could push off our consultation and expect us to make time the next day and there was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience she had caused. She responded that she could not work with clients who did not appreciate the importance of cleaning the environment and "winning the worm". Needless to say we will not be working with Mintaka Design
