I found the experience with Kelly to be a complete disaster! I would not recommend Abode Design to anyone. The services were completely overpriced and the furniture she ordered was cheap. She will charge you for storage and inspections. The inspections she doesn't complete. She will make it impossible for you to return the pieces to the manufacturer. Her vision doesn't meet the criteria for which she advertises. She will continually make stupid elementary mistakes from measurements to color patterns. Furthermore, she will expect more compensation for her mistakes. Abode is a nightmare so beware! In response to her response: Yes you do know me! Yes you are a failure and your company is in the market to rip off customers!

Working with Kelly Canada was a terrible experience. Stay away!! She broke her own contract repeatedly and did NOT inspect the furniture which voided early return policies. This was a giant problem. Nearly every piece of furniture Kelly Canada ordered including the dining room table, dining room chairs, bedroom dresser, bedroom side tables, living room sectional, living room chairs, carpet, chandelier, and sidetable was either broken, defective, required repairs or was returned. Once rid of her purchases my few returns were seamless. With Kelly Canada Furniture options are limited to only a very few on-line companies. After all of her fees and charges it costs the same as retail, and you don't get manufacturer discounts, you don't get free shipping, you get ridiculously few choices, and you spend endless hours returning items. Her technical skills are awful. She measured a space Incorrectly and when the sideboard she ordered was 3 inches too long she accused me of secretly having someone come in and build new walls. Really? This was after she and her GC designed and rebuilt the space. The GC she referred me to was inferior and untrustworthy. Her "white glove" delivery service she forced me to use charged a $100/hr and chipped the door frame. Repaired at their expense and my Sunday. Kelly Canada billed me for meeting my floor contractor for 4 hrs. The contractor said it never happened and Kelly Canada agreed to withdraw the bill. She requires a $3000 deposit but does not use it. Instead she holds it until the final payment to use as leverage. Do yourself a favor and go to a different site
