Kitchen Reno by Caroll-Ann. Had Carol-Ann renovate main floor of our Discovery Ridge house. In particular she updated all the builder grade cabinets and island, tile, back splash, and ceiling lights throughout. Excellent design, was very good at scheduling the contractors and followed through to the end. Very happy, would use her again.

Over the years, Caroll-Ann has assisted us with basement, kitchen, and en-suite renovations. Each project was successful due to Caroll-Ann’s impeccable design sense, rapport with contractors, and collaborative working style. We look forward to working with her on our next home improvement project.

Graham Fleet

The last work done at our place was in June. We requested final invoice in August and did not receive one....at which point we requested a return of our deposit in October more than 90 days after final work was done. All of a sudden there was a final invoice which was billing for work done back in April, more than 5 months ago..very disappointing. Unfortunately cannot recommend dealing with a "contractor" who cannot invoice and discuss charges in a timely manner as that makes it impossible to stay within budget.

Caroll-Ann Bainbridge is supremely professional, extremely knowledgeable, highly creative, and very well connected. Caroll-Ann guided and advised us on interior decor needs following our completion of a major renovation of our bungalow home. She primarily assisted us in selection of our furnishings and window coverings. We were interested in custom furniture and Caroll-Ann utilized her industry connections to help us find the furniture design firm that suited us best, and then assisted us in selection decisions. She provided us with alternative ideas on things like furniture styles, and upholstery colors and patterns that gently took us out of our typical mode of thinking. As a result, we believe the furniture related decisions we made were awesome. The same holds true with our window coverings - very stylish and well-coordinated with the features of the renovation as well as working with a supplier that was exceptional in quality and installation. We had some minor issues with one piece of furniture and Caroll-Ann was extremely helpful in working with us and the supplier to find a proper resolution. Carroll-Ann continues to connect with us periodically on accent items that she thinks might fit our home and our tastes, which we truly appreciate.
