I was lucky enough to have Dawn Bates assist me with custom drapery for my bedroom. Her knowledge, professional attitude, experience and wonderful personality made her an extreme pleasure to work with. She truly went above and beyond in helping me find the right fabric choice to match my room. I can not express how incredibly happy I am with the finished result! From the very beginning, with the first phone call to her office, to the amazing installer, Richard, who came to my home to install the hardware and hang the drapes, every interaction has been spectacular. She asked questions to understand my needs, and she found the fabric that matches the overall colour scheme in the room in a way that I didn't think was possible. The care and attention to details is second to none, and I can't wait to start on the living room drapes! Dawn and Richard, thank you for making a difference! I will be sharing your name with anyone looking for Quality and Care.
