I LOVE BETHANY! She is SO TALENTED. She really 'reads' the client and their needs,and does not project what SHE wants in that space, but is SUPER CREATIVE with your personality and style, to make it unique, yet also tasteful and classy. She is probably the most talented decorator I personally have met. She was also understanding about our very simple budget, and was able to give us advice on things we could not afford professionally - on how to proceed. She is always on time, prepared and professional as well. AND SHE TRULY LOVES WHAT SHE DOES..... If you want something SUPER creative - this is your gal!!!!! She also has a lot of connections and is very knowledgeable if you are looking for eco-friendly decorating or if you are looking for artisans to do some very personalized work in your home.

Bethany completed a bedroom design project for me that completely surpassed my expectations in every way. She started the project with a very attentive, personalized consultation process and worked efficiently through all design stages. I appreciated how conscientious she was about matching my design and finishing preferences with my budget. There are many designers, but what set Bethany apart from other designers I've encountered was her uncanny ability to really reflect who I am in the design. All my friends and family have remarked how "me" the room is. Sometimes you see people's design projects that look rather cookie-cutter, but Bethany's treatment of my bedroom is like having an original art piece that I happen to live in. I highly recommend this designer.

You will be so thrilled you hired b. van hecke! Bethany is thoughtful, practical, forward thinking, savvy, and creative. Only a few of her top qualities listed here, though, the most important. Tangible examples: She thinks about you, your project, your needs, etc. She is practical, she'll say "write a list of all your needs" and then she will tick them all off with her plans. She thinks ahead and reminds you of aspects you hadn't considered, and has already got a suggestion. She's savvy in her field, related fields, building codes...She's a smart and savvy person. And also, most importantly, she's creative. Her creativity knows no limits! All of these things combined = dynamite! You will never regret the genius ideas and outside the box thinking that this designer brings to your project. Ultimately, you will want to hire her again and again (as we have done for our commercial projects, and continue to do for our residential ones!). Enjoy your collaboration.
