We’ve been working with Marylyn since breaking ground of our new home in Collingwood in January 2021 (Covid time). Since we started working with Marylyn on early in the planning stages we save a lot of time and money because of her professional input and planning skills. Marylyn helped revise our architects interior plans to focus on traffic-flow, window placement, and designed millwork throughout the home! Because we were dealing with a new build attached to an existing 1902 farm-home elevations were a big deal in this project! Due to the level of detail for the interior of the home, framers all plumbers, electricians, HVAC, drywall tapers, landscapers we’re able to work with Marylyn’s drawings. Big costly changes were avoided throughout this process! Although we applied a lot of our own design concepts Marylyn was an amazing sounding board ensuring every detail was considered.
