Rebecca at Maison Ellie helped make our adoption dream come true! My husband and I adopted a baby girl in early June 2020. The birth mom picked us a week before she gave birth so we had TWO WEEKS to setup the room and buy all of the baby essentials. As soon as we found out about the match, I contacted Rebecca and explained our very particular and sensitive situation. From the very start, she was so helpful, understanding, professional and knowledgeable. Since we were pressed for time, she sent us her design plans ASAP and delivered such quality. The two design options surpassed all of my expectations (loved both of them so much that I had the hardest time choosing only one option). She was able to bring my dreams to life and having her involved in the nursery design really helped me psychologically prepare for this big arrival. During our first phone call, I had shared my fears of not having all of the big items arrive in time because of shipping delays with covid as well as product availability. When meticulously choosing the items, Rebecca made sure everything would come in time (2 week time frame) and made sure to call the vendors and stores to follow up on purchases and order status. The service she delivered really went above and beyond. Her professionalism and dedication allowed us to setup our daughter's beautiful nursery in two weeks time. I'm honestly still in shock at how she made it all come together during a pandemic. We are forever grateful for Rebecca. She was by far the most important part of our ULTRA FAST nesting and really calmed me down during this highly emotional adoption roller coaster. Our daughter's nursery is seriously a bohemian-floral dream (and obviously the nicest room in the house now). I had a few bigger pieces for my nursery but am so indecisive/not creative and wanted to make everything come together to make a special space for my little girl on the way and she did just that. She was absolutely wonderful to work with…so sweet, professional, prompt with her responses, and truly got my vision after one quick phone consult. Everything was done virtually and seamlessly. The mood board was a really great tool for me to visualize everything, and all of the items she suggests she sends the direct link to make purchases. Anything I wanted switched out for a different idea she did immediately. Gave specifics on where to place and hang things. She showed me a lot of things I just never would have thought of, and I’m so pleased. She has a real talent for making the most beautiful spaces for kiddos! 100% worth it.
