Katie is very polite and professional. I engaged her for a consultation as I have a small space which is not very functional. Katie provided general and generic ideas for the space but did not include specific solutions to pain points. I am sure she very talented in her field, however, unfortunately, that did not ce out in my consultation. When I ask her to look at the space more closely and provide ideas/solutions specific to my space, she offered to help me for an additional fee. The consultation was not a complete waste of time but I would not use her again.
