After being homebound for 18 months due to COVID all the little bothersome things about my home came to be daily irritations. With failed and desperate attempts of my own in the past I decided to hire a Interior Designer. Beat decision ever!!! Madona took my home and made it beautiful. I now LOVE everything and look forward to coming home. I can’t say enough about the professionalism, going above and beyond and being able to count on and trust your home and to someone. In the end saving time and money and ending in a magazine worthy home. As with any renovation comes some delays and difficulties. When these arose Madona took care of everything and connected us with the very skilled and super nice contractors Besnik, Milo and Tony. Forever grateful.

In the fall of 2019 after interviewing several Interior designers, I selected Mad Designs to help me transform a nice 25 year old townhouse into a modern bright welcoming Nova Scotia home. Madonna was instrumental in taking all my ideas and working with a few good ones and transformed the townhouse in to a truly beautiful modern and exciting townhouse. This was no small feat, as the project was getting underway, covid-19 arrived. This posed many issues, which Madonna was able to navigate to a successful conclusion. I'd like to thank Madona - we were re-doing our bathroom and hit a design crisis: we were facing a half-painted blank wall with a hole in it awaiting the medicine cabinet and our contractor needed to know what we wanted the finished wall to look like. We had two types of tiles but no idea how to design that wall! I called Madona, she arrived within an hour, gave me her opinion, and we love the finished product! She made other suggestions during that consultation that worked out beautifully as well. I'm very glad that I called her! I know what I like but I certainly didn't know how to get there. I would call her again in a heartbeat and I wish we had called her at the beginning of this project!

I hired Mad Design Interiors to help us redesign our top floor and new kitchen. We had to remove walls and reimagine the space. I am a small business owner, renovate and sell houses. I Deal with so many people but dealing with Madona it was completely different experience! Not just as a professional designer but with an amazing personality too! Renovated the whole house top to bottom, and Madona took care of every detail and made that house the most beautiful house in that area (it only stayed 3 days on market ????) I came across Mad Design Interiors while browsing online. Honestly, hiring a designer was only a dream. Then I saw their affordable home assessment fee and I made an appointment. Madona, the designer, came to my house with Tony, the contractor…they walked around the house, took notes and measurements and then we talked about what I wanted. Madona and her team took care of everything I needed, we even went shopping a few times to select cabinets, countertops, vanities and anything else in between. We have been doing some minor renovations to our split level home over the years but we wanted to modernize it as we are looking at moving into a condo in the next few years. Madona took us through the process step by step to see what could be improved to make it appeal to today’s market. We love this place so much more now we might stay on a few years longer!
