I then tried via Messenger asking them to call me without ever having received a call when they told me they would call me back. In short, I never managed to speak to a human. Their business must really be good for not responding to their client. I will have my kitchen redone elsewhere. (Original) Malheureusement je dois mettre une seule étoile. Après 3 téléphones où je suis toujours tombé sur des boîtes vocales et dont je n'ai jamais eu de retour d'appel. J'ai ensuite essayé via Messenger en leur demandant de m'appeler sans jamais avoir reçu d'appel alors qu'ils m'avaient dit qu'ils me rappelleraient. Ensuite je les ai relancé par Messenger le lendemain en leur redonnant pour une 3ièm fois mes coordonnées et au lieu de m'appeler, je reçois un courriel générique avec les mêmes infos que sur leur site. Bref, je n'ai jamais réussi à parler à un humain. Leurs affaires doivent vraiment être bonnes pour ne pas répondre à leur client. Je ferai refaire ma cuisine ailleurs.
