Après quelques jours d’essais, je constate qu’il ne convient pas à mes attentes, je tente de les rejoindre pour faire l’échange pour un fauteuil un peu plus de gamme et personne ne répond à mes messages!! Très déçu de votre service après vente, acheter local oui, mais un minimum de service serait grandement apprécié. Selon les principes de la loi du consommateur, j’ai droit à un échange et peut-être même le remboursement!
