This is the worst customer service I've ever received. I've called and left messages multiple times for an update on our order and NO ONE calls back despite their voicemail message saying they will call you back in 24 hours. I walked into the store to get an update and the associate said they didn't call me back because they didn't have an update. Well call back and tell me that for goodness sakes. Don't expect any customer service from this place!!!!!

We used the design service as our main floor family room has some unique features. They came to us to measure then we went to the showroom to choose based on their recommendations. Just got our delivery and hate it!! It looks like a mediocre hotel sitting room except with too much furniture and proportions are wrong. $12K to go into my basement. Kimmberly herself helped us and was suppose to follow up with new better quality rug options and we never heard from her again. I would not recommend them.

We purchased $8000 in furniture in late 2019. Less than a day after we placed the order we called back to cancel one of the items, a 5x7 rug as we had found the exact same one for less than half the price on line. Our rep Jennifer at Kimberley Capone would not reverse the item order despite being less than 24 hrs. Since then we have discovered that they billed us for the full price of two swivel chairs ($699+tx each) which were actually on sale at 50% off at the time we were selecting our furniture. This is precisely why we chose them. Surprise surprise no one has ever returned our call. We did mire research and found that many of the items in their showroom could be found significantly cheaper elsewhere. As a part of our purchase we were also entitled to a follow-up complimentary staging of other areas of our home to select additional suitable furniture should we be so inclined yet with no obligation to buy. Safe to say Kimberley Capone will now likely not honour this part of the contract and we suspect will wash their hands of the obligation even when Covid is over. Our advice is to brouse the showroom then, search elsewhere for better pricing before you commit to buy. Much of what they sell is significantly overpriced compared to what can be found elsewhere. Also, scrutize your statements.

Very beautiful decor!! Everytime I go there, I want to buy everything for my house lol. The Staff are okay, a bit standoffish and seem to favorite people that look a certain way. Don't judge a book by it's cover!! Everyone should be welcomed the same way and not treated differently. But definitely worth checking out the store. Very elegant and sophisticated stuff and they have sale items as well.

The store have really nice decor pieces and furniture but OVERPRICE and the final sale policy is a let down, so if you find the same item somewhere else at half or less price, too bad for you. Found same brand silk flower stems they sell for $20 each at walmart for just $6.99 , same with an area rug selling 3 times more than wayfair is. So my review: shop around a little if you want to pay half price or less look at wayfair, amazon.ca and homesense, they have some of the same pieces you see at KC. The designers that work there provide great service, they know the business, but the final sale policy and the fact that they charge a lot more for pieces that are not really that exclusive, don't think is right.

We called them for a Home Consulatation. They came and saw our Basement and took measurements and set-up an appointment with us. Then they cancelled our appointment and said our Basement isn't finished, which it is and we have no money. This is by far the worst experience and we were insulated. Purchased a coffee table with an understanding I would receive a quality table, by a certain date . The table was second rate with scratches and dents. Check your purchase thoroughly! The store did compensate for multiple visits, however have lost a customer permanently when they made me feel they were doing me a favor. Disappointed.

Kimmberly Capone Interior Design store is AMAZING. I absolutely love all their collections. The items are glamorous with a hint of lux and very unique. The showroom is spectacular, and sometimes you feel like you want to pick up the entire showroom and place it in your home. The staff there are very nice, and willing to help. The sales assoc. Eunice is my favourite, as she is so customer focused and only wants to deliver the best quality products that suit your home, style and budget- however everyone here is nice from the sales associates, to the designers even the installers and Kim herself. Sometimes you will not really see the owner much at places like this, but I have visited this store about 5 times, and seen Kim there 3 out of the 5 times SERVING customers. This shows she really and truly cares for her business and her clientele. I've read some other reviews about items being overpriced, and they can be found at places such as Walmart and Dollarama - that's not true ! I can almost guarantee you will not find these exclusive items at such stores. In terms of the price, you get what you pay for. You have qualified interior designers, sales associates and a CEO with years of service in the industry - I think it is so worth the price. After all the home is where the heart is. Check this place out, you are bound to find something unique.

Made in china with made in Canada prices. For the price you pay you would expect quality furniture however not the case. Like so many others who complain about not returning emails or calling back 1000% accurate. Don't be fooled when you walk in, it does look nice and expensive but once you actually touch and examine the product properly you'll see how cheaply made it really is and that you can find better furniture for half the price in plenty of other stores

We've had Kimmberly design 3 rooms in our home and are excited to have her do one more. Knowing that we were looking for furnishings that would last in our home for a long time, I was admittedly a bit nervous going into the process. I had a general vision for how I wanted things to look, but needed some help in bringing in together. Kimmberly and her team were amazing! We consulted with her and met in person and she was so patient and helpful in presenting options. Her expertise and ability to make everything work together, even across rooms, left me feeling so comfortable. On the day of the set-up, her team was equally fantastic - timely, very professional, wore masks the entire time, and took great care in installing our wall fixtures and in setting up the furniture. We've received a number of compliments from family since it's all been done, and are looking forward to hosting with friends once COVID has passed. I couldn't recommend Kimmberly enough!

Since no one was helping us my client lost her interest of buying and wants to leave. And right before we head out a male person went inside in a nice suit. I just bought over a 6000 sq. ft. home and I was interested in using your services and spending over 10-20K for my Family Room + A bedroom Set. I went through quite some trouble to book the last viewing of my home which I am moving in on April 1st because the designer, Eesha Ahmed, needed to take some measurements of the house. We also subsequently booked an appointment for Saturday at 9 a.m. One of the decision-makers was not able to come on Saturday morning so I requested if we can move the appointment to 3:00 p.m. or 4:00 p.m. instead. I was told that it was not possible and both appointments will be cancelled. They cancelled 2 hours before Eesha was supposed to come for the viewing and measurements of the house. I do not understand how they can loose business because of a scheduling issue. I am extremely disappointed because it is difficult to book a showing in COVID. Eesha also advised me that she is available on Mondays and Wednesdays but did not specify a time. I am now being told that she "accommodated me" which I was unaware of. I was also not aware that both appointments need to be booked at the same week. The design process was not clearly explained to me and has caused me nothing but inconvenience. I would also like to point out that when I initially booked Eesha, another designer called me the following date saying she is going to take over and then it was passed back to Eesha. This has been nothing but an inconvenience and a waste of time. I could have went to other designer stores to inquire about design services or have bought furniture by now given my move in date is slowly creeping up. I will not be recommending this service or Kimberly Capone to anyone in the future.

I recently had my front living room designed by Kimmberly and her team. The end result was everything we hoped for. The room turned out beautiful! First, there was an initial in home measurement by one of her designers who came to measure the dimensions of the room in order to plan and design a 3D rendering of the space. Next, there was an in-store consultation with the assigned designer to see the 3D rendering and decide on colours, furniture, and finishes. The designer offered suggestions and a colour scheme to guide the design process. Then, we finalized everything and placed our order. We were contacted once all items were in ready for delivery and installation. Finally, on install day Kimmberly and her crew came out and added the finishing touches to the room with the accessory program that they offer. The accessories definitely elevated the already beautiful room and took it to the next level. I really appreciated how the accessory program took the guess work out of the design. All of the accessories created a cohesive and complete look. When I had questions, they were answered within a reasonable time. Kimmberly and Teresa were great! The installation crew was quick and efficient. Overall I was very happy with the finished product and I would definitely use them again.

I was told to write her a good review by a family friend to boost ratings online and I could get a discount. After the purchase of this table I discovered Zilli home interiors has 100% of her furnishings at 1/4 of the price. Don’t waste your time with them, completely overpriced and the owner Kim gets most of her products from China anyways so don’t expect the quality to reflect the astronomical prices.

Do not believe the fake 5 star post you see. Worst customer service and delivery. Sales rep will do any thing to close the sale, including lying about the quality, product, manufacturing. Almost all of there stuff is made in CHINA. Once Sales rep makes the sale, they will take your money and will stop picking up your phone or reply to your email. we ordered more then 8 items and were told it will be delivered in 2 weeks. its been 7 months, i am still waiting for the single item to be delivered or picked up. sadly they also forced me to pay $250 delivery fee upfront, for something which is not being delivered. I am serious. do not believe them. do not sign the vague contract. DONOT PAY anything in advance. be very specific on anything you sign. very sneaky and unfair tactics. business like these deserve to be reported. dont get into trap by reading 5 star reviews by there friends/family or "paid" reviews. **WARNING**

Over priced.overpriced. Overpriced I purchsed a dining table from Kimberly Capone for almost $3000 with delivery. I found exactly the same table from the same suplier for $1600. Went to the store for a refund or price adjustment after three or four days of going back and ford on the phone their answer was NO. They are not willing to take care of their custmers. Horrible service. Rude employees.Make sure shop around before deciding to purchse anything from Kimerly Capone. No return or exchange policy. Employees including management team are extremely rude and poorly trained. I don’t recommend Kimberly Capone to anyone.

Have had their interior designer come over to for decor consultations on our new home- and spoke to Vanette , who never pushed us to buy or up sell anything. She was very accomodating, and a warm personality. Always remembered us by our names-and thats the quality of a great salesperson. If you know what you need , and have researched pricing around- then walking into their showroom should not be very intimidating with pricing-as some of the things are unique and worth paying for .

It is almost like this place BEGS for a bad review. I've lost track of the number of times I've simply asked for pricing on an item they post on social media. Told to look on our Website for pricing. It's not on the website for pricing. Please come to the store for pricing. I live an hour and a half away, can I just get a price to see if it's worth coming in. Please come to our store for pricing. Before I give up 100% I have a friend who is local go in. She is literally ignored until she makes an absolute obvious scene that she is beyond annoyed about the lack of service. She is half helped out, and tried to take a picture of the time and the price so I can have it for reference as it has the size on it and is told not to take pictures. Just brutal customer service.

I signed up for a free in home design consultation through Kimmberly Capone Interior Designs. Courtney came to my home on time to complete the measurements. I was so impressed with the time she took to take the correct measurements. Attention to detail was definitely apparent. Plan that this process will take some time, but well worth it. After the measurements she took her time to go through a a series of products on her tablet to get a sense of both mine and my husbands tastes and to drill down to what We would and would not be interested in. This included tables, chairs, couches and so on. For people like us who have a hard time deciding, this was super helpful. I found this service extremely professional and to be honest I was very impressed! We later went in to the showroom and were shown 3 D renderings of what our space would look like. It was simply amazing! I had previously went to another designer to ask how she could foresee our space being laid out and while the consultation was free she was charging $2,000 plus additional fees for any advice and even more for 3 D renderings and took no measurements until we paid. Here, it was free as part of the consultation. Which honestly is priceless for us non designers. I actually can’t believe they offer this service for free. we ultimately did not purchase at this store because we decided rather than renovating we would purchase a new home. Staff did not make us feel guilty for making this decision after all of the time and work they put in. They were very understanding and supportive. I will definitely be reaching out again when in my new home for this free design service and having Kimmberly’s team set up a few rooms in my home. I find her room renovations timeless, not like others where you could get tired in a few years. They are calming and beautiful just what I would like for my new home. Thank you Kimmberly and team for providing such an excellent experience to those of us who need that extra help to lives in rooms we love!
